I had Cooper Plumbing replace the ball value on the main line coming into the house, as the old one the handle had rusted. They were quick and very professional. While I thought they were a litte pricey, the work quailty was excellent and I would use them again.

Outstanding installation from the technicians. Removed a 45yr. old sink and installed new one along with faucet and disposal. Also, replaced the old water valves. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

While other people are trying to rip you off and get as much money out of you with the ridiculous summer pricing here is a company based on honesty and integrity one of my tenants said her garbage disposal stop working these guys drove out there they looked at it and it was as simple as pressing a reset button instead of being dishonest and trying to milk me for money they told me the honest truth a simple reset was necessary the 1st thing that came to my mind was wow this is really a company that will have my back they didn't even charge me for they just told me to remember them in future from now on this is my plumbing team these guys are great

His crew installed an outside clean out. Then after talking to Loren, he spent quality time testing and searching for a leak that the water company says we must be having. He is very professional in his work and how he explains the process that he uses.

Brandon and Jose were my service technicians. They were polite and professional and patient with the plumbing issues in our house. They also went above & beyond, by not only fixing the issue, but providing me with a preventative maintenance plan in order to keep our drains clear and flowing. The company also brought us a BarkBox for our dogs as a complimentary gift after purchasing x amount of services. We will be using Texas Quality Plumbing again if we have any plumbing needs in the future.

We had leak on our washer and looked like a clocked line, technician suggested snaking and charged us $330. It took less than one hour and we find out that there is a break in line that is why it was leaking. He did not mention that maybe line is broken and I think someone with professional experience should mention that before starting the job, so it was complete waste of time and money. But a supervisor came later and used a camera on line to find the break that we did not find the issue, he was very nice and helpful.

The technicians were polite, efficient, and respectful of property. The job was completed on time and satisfactorily.

Hector is the best! He has done several jobs for me from repairing pipes and gas lines to installing faucets and repairing water heaters. He's always very professional, does great work and is reasonably priced. I'm a realtor and have referred him to multiple people already and will continue to do so!

WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>

Extremely professional. Took time to thoroughly evaluate the problem and to explain all options. Work was done quickly and efficiently and the worksite was left clean and tidy. Will definitely use again.
