He located the part needed, went and got it in a timely manner and repaired our dryer in no time. Very friendly, nice, knowledgeable technician.We know who too call next time and will share our great customer service with those we know. As a small restaurant owner, just new in the business we had a major backup during our first week of opening. We found GEI Plumbing Services and one plumber came out on a Sunday and cleared the back up. The next few days the team was working diligently and replaced the drains from the city line. I would definitely use these guys again and definitely recommend to friends and family!

I needed a sewer inspection for the purpose of buying a house. Even though I told BlueFrog technician there was no sewer clean box in this property, he inspected the premises, and he did find it. Made the job much simpler, and better for my budget. He did a quick plumbing check of water and drainage in the house faucets to assess the comments I shared with him regarding a previous home inspection. CJ also shared general plumbing facts with me which I always find helpful. Thank you, CJ.

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

A good plumber to remember! A faucet under the kitchen sink was installed and a problem with the shower head was quickly repaired. Young plumbers, but very professional and they work clean and quickly. The next time I need a plumber my first call will be to Texas Plumbing.

Came out and told me to fix a sink clogging, they needed to break a piece under the sink and they would have to get a different technician out to do so. I unscrewed everything under the sink and fixed it myself in 15 minutes. Thanks for nothing. But at least I saved money on what they thought was a quick come up off of me. Will not recommend

HPS did a great job running an independent gas line to a new pool heater and replumbing the entire system. We couldn't be happier with their knowledge and professionalism, and highly recommend their services.

I didn't do service with them but a company that doesn't go out to your house and see for themselves the situation and instead asks you to take pictures of your water heater to send to them.... that seems lazy to me and untrustworthy. They seemed nice though ?‍♀️

Professional and patient. They came quickly even though they were busy, and explained the answers to all of my questions. We had a sewage back up and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue right away. Highly recommend.

He (Mike the owner) did not honor the price quoted and charged 3 times more. His crew (Ken) did mistakes and it did not pass the inspection and they had to redo and charged me for their errors. Unreliable provider, the contractor I had which they worked for, after that they removed them from their list because this and other incidents. Quoted $405 and charged $1250, because the redo 2 times for failing inspections for the service they did. Beware, they are plenty of excuses. Just decided to pay to get get them out of my house as soon as possible.

I've only owned by home for about 2 months and my a/c system was not cooling properly. I called an a/c technician who had installed a system in our previous home and he quoted me $12,000 to install a new system. As you can imagine, I wanted a second opinion so I called Mission and they came out the very next day. The technician went into the attic and took a video of my problem to show to me. Turns out I had a big hole in the transition piece that the previous homeowner had attempted to repair and didn't do a very good job. Half of my cool air was blowing right into the attic. My husband is a very handy guy so I told the tech he would repair the hole himself and the tech told me which products I should get to do the repair properly. I really appreciate Mission not trying to sell me a new unit or telling me I needed work done that I really didn't. My husband did the repairs himself and now my house is cool and the a/c cycles off during the day like it should. Mission was very honest and saved me a lot of money and, although I didn't need them to repair my a/c system this time, I will most definitely call them in the future.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

UPDATE: we have used Turbo twice since they helped during the freeze and have been very happy with their continued service.Most recently we had them repipe our house and could not be happier. Ricky was able to quote us the day after we called and have his guys out here the next week.We continue to recommend Turbo to anyone who asks.ORIGINAL POST: Extremely thankful for Ricky making his way out to our house yesterday to repair a broken pipe during this winter storm.Will be using this company for all our plumbing needs going forward.Thank you again.

We live in Montrose and on a Saturday morning our bath tub got stopped up so badly that the water wouldn't drain at all. We tried to snake it and plunge it, but nothing would work. We called Bobby at One Call Houston and he arrived in less than an hour (on a SATURDAY!!!). He explained the problem throughly and even suggested ways that we might fix the problem ourselves to save money. We decided we would rather pay to fix the problem right away, and he fixed it within minutes. He was so kind and helpful. These people are going on speed dial for us!
