My technician (Brandon) arrived on time. He was very courteous, and professional in explaining the issues. I was very impressed with his knowledge and determination to help find a solution and resolve the problem. After my experience with the technician I will definitely be referring Village Plumbing and Air out to friends and family. Great job, thank you for the help VP&A!

Used Nick's plumbing for the 2nd time. First time was a small job. This time I had leaky pipe in the wall. Ended up being poor installation of water softener with PVC pipe / cheap connectors. Nick's technician said PVC and copper normally should not be used together so recommended copper pipe replacement to match what was already in the house and I would likely continue to have problems with the PVC.Work appears very good. Text alerts were good. Professionalism was good as well. The technician even arrived early. I cannot give more stars because of pricing methodology. I thought the technician was giving me an estimate when he told me how much going with copper pipes would cost since he said he would have to go buy the products and the amount of time to replace it was not yet known. And I assumed that copper pipe was much more expensive -- my searches since then indicate it is more expensive but not as much I assumed.20 ft of copper pipe + 2 hours of work/getting supplies = $1400. And they ended up having to connect copper to PVC in the end because they could not replace the softener connections but at least it is outside the house where those two meet.The home office confirmed that pricing is by the project before they start. There is no breakdown of costs on the invoice to show labor and parts. I do not use plumbers much for repairs so this may be standard practice. However, since I was unfamiliar with this practice, I wanted to share. The work appears to be good quality though.

Came out and charged $900 to repair pipe without going up to check and said price is due to circumstances.

So overpriced! I paid $599 for a new kitchen disposal. I thought that it must be some great 3/4 hp disposal. I checked later and discovered that the disposal costs $130 at Home Depot. So, $470 for a house call and a 20 minute installation - outrageous. I actually called Blue Frog the next day because I thought it must have been a mistake. No, they said that was their price for that item. Shameful

They arrived promptly and repaired a drain pipe in the crawl space under the house within an hour. The technicians were efficient and explained what they were doing with pictures they took under the house. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Awesome service! Christian was knowledgeable and personable. He quickly resolved my drainage issue and patiently explained ways I can prevent the problem from happening again. luckys plumbing is absolutely first-rate. they are good people who show up on time (or even early), who do terrific work, and who charge a reasonable fee. i would use them before i used any other plumber. (also, in this covid era, they also show up wearing masks, which is absolutely the right thing to do.) my entire large family uses luckys. i recommend them highly.

Replaced electrical panel one day. Great job. Installed new drain line in back of house from washing machine. Trenched back yard to lay new pipe and tie into the main. Cut and replaced concrete patio. They forgot to install a new dryer vent hole in wall as they used the existing vent hole for the new drain piping. Saul Flores came out on Friday afternoon. Did a great job. Apologized for the oversight. He went above and beyond. He also reconnected the dryer and made sure all gas line connections were good. Highly recommend Saul to anyone. Great personality and friendly.

We were having an issue with the 40 year old valve on the water main into the house. I called my usual guy, and he didn't return two phone calls or respond to a text. A friend of mine then recommended David Hicks. They answered the phone, and promptly sent a guy out to diagnose the problem. Ian was knowledgeable and super friendly. He took his time, carefully and fully explained all the options, and came back the next day to install a new valve. He did excellent work, insulated the pipe, and cleaned up the work site.The guy that used to do my work will not get the next call. David Hicks Plumbing will get the work.

Plummer came out to fix faucet..now when y turn shower ? ff the shower still runs. It doesn't turn off like it should once water off. Not a good job at all
