We've used Lucky's Plumbing on several occasions and their service is fantastic! Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Emily at the office has answers to all the questions, and was very helpful setting up my appointment including excellent communication leading up to their arrival on site. Great company! They were very responsive by phone & email and flexible in scheduling our job right after new year's. Lindell Francis, who did the plumbing work on our house, was very professional and personable. He even took the time to advise my husband on what fitting to buy for our new fridge when the delivery drivers showed up with one that didn't fit. We are very happy with the work he did on our house and will call All Around Plumbing if we need more work done in the future.Came back to update this: we had a clog in our main sewer line after hours rendering our plumbing unusable and Lindell came out within the hour to fix it. He took the time to explain things and was very kind about having to come out after hours.

TDT saved us thousands of dollars. We had them come in to give us a second opinion. They gave our drains the ok. The first plumbing company said we had a broken drain. TDT showed us the video and even located the direction and location of the drains. Michah & Curtis Came out.

David Hicks Plumbing was engaged to do a whole house water repiping job using PEX, for a single story ranch-style house with piping run in the attic. The new piping was required by the City of Houston to be insulated for freeze protection. Three faucet repairs followed and were necessitated due to deposited rust particles from the old galvanized iron piping. Ian, and his helper Jacob, did a great job. They were magicians in snaking the PEX down the inside of interior and exterior walls with a minimum of sheet rock work and no removal of wall or floor cabinets! Ian's follow-ups were much appreciated.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I live at the Belvedere Apartments and we have been without water for 12 hours. I asked the plumbers when the water was going to be back on and was told: sometime tonight. When I asked when tonight, some idiot claiming to be the boss got in my face (after he put down his burrito) and said I said sometime tonight There are 5 people literally sitting around doing nothing while an entire apartment complex is without water! This is ridiculous! Contractors will get away with whatever you allow them to get away with!
