Bryce was amazing! Our heater would not come on and we are getting ready for a big freeze tomorrow. He checked it out and was able to make the motor work manually. We have a 26 year old system and it will need to be replaced next year, but he hooked us up for the immediate weather crisis. We will be replacing the system next year with Village Plumbing. Recommend signing up for their service plan!

A totally great experience with Cooper Plumbing. Jeremiah was the plumber that came out to find and repair a water line leak between water meter and house. This was on a Sunday afternoon and there was no extra charge for weekend service. He quoted a price for detecting the leak (where it was) and a quote for repairing; time was not a factor in the cost. Jeremiah will be taking his masters test later this year and displayed his master techniques throughout. I observed the whole process and was given very clear explanations of all that he was doing. He worked very efficiently, was extremely friendly and respectful. I cannot imagine a better plumbing experience thanks to Jeremiah. I will certainly ask for him for my next plumbing need and you might consider doing the same. You won't be sorry.

Our 11 year old water heater stopped working. Nick's came out, diagnosed the problem, offered to get it working to see if it would continue working. We decided instead to replace it, which they did, all on a Saturday. Where else does that happen?? Great job, Nick's. Very appreciated.

He performed a furnace inspection, took pictures as he went to show me, made recommendations for repairs and explained the benefits of twice yearly inspections and how signing up in advance will give me a discount on any work done with Mission. Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Alex arrived on time and he was very courteous, honest, and professional. He explained all the options of how to repair our AC. He made a point to show me on the AC unit everything that was broken. He also took pictures and included them in the invoice. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed our AC efficiently. I would definitely recommend Turbo Home Services and Alex in particular.

So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.
