Had a great experience with Blue Frog from scheduling the appointments to fixing the water heater. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. They made every effort for me to understand each issue I had in getting the water heater fixed. Blue Frog had good communication, very helpful in placing the items for me, and did an excellent job. I called Texas Plumbing Wednesday afternoon with a gas leak. They came over right away. They worked until they found the leak, dug up my yard, pulled up concrete in one piece without destroying it. Replaced what needed to be replaced and put the yard back together (including the concrete). While they were there I had them fix a water leak inside the house.I am very satisfied in the work, the way they left my yard/cleanup, how quick they got to my home and their professionalism.

I can’t say enough about Lucky’s Plumbing! They’ve installed several fixtures for me, replaced valves, pipes, etc. They’re 100% reliable and answer the phone every time I call.I actually even had an emergency situation one evening where the valve to the water main to my entire house broke in the off position, and Lucky’s Plumbing was there within the hour to repair it.

I can not say enough about this company. Wow. AmazingFirst they tried to help me fix the problem myself over the phone. What company does that anymore. They were extraordinary patient with me, talked me through it step by step to see if I could quickly and safely get my hot water working again.When that did not work told me exactly what part I needed and to go to Home Depot and buy it. They were more than willing to even call me back later in the evening to help me install the part.The only problem I was to afraid to take any chances myself to take the part off of my water heater. What if I broke something or did not do it right. I voiced my concern to then about this over the phone, and they tried to assure I wouldn't.Long story short they made a special trip after hours with the part, and installed it with a smile on their face. I am still in shock that they would do this for me. How kind and caring. They were so professional, honest, and determined to get me hot water as soon as possible.They went the extra mile and then some. Thanks guys you made my day. Service is absolutely horrible. They take hour upon hours to respond. Called in at 10:06am and it's now 10:46pm still have not come out and now I have sewer backing up into 4 buildings. This is ridiculous

Never depend on these guys. They did our entire plumbing rework after Harvey. Now I have a leak and the thing that blows my mind is they wouldnt even consider giving me an estimate to fix it. Not so customer focussed and this despite of me willing to pay for leak detection and fix. Santiago was referred by my contractor and he has never stood up to the reputation and stars you see on this google search

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit.
