I had a great experience with Cooper Plumbing. I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink late yesterday. I gave them a call and they scheduled an appointment for first thing today. Scott arrived promptly this morning. He was professional and courteous. My garbage disposal had died a miserable death - even I could see the rust and cracks. He replaced it quickly and efficiently and I was good to go. I chose Cooper because of the good reviews here and I'm happy to report they are all spot on. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing and will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Had the guy call me back same day and offer service same day. Very quick, very thorough and very responsive.Had a broken gasket that was leaking (from my upstairs bathroom through my downstairs ceiling).They were able to identify the issue and fix it quickly.

Great communication, on time, quality work, and reasonable pricing. Will use them again for our next project.

Highly Recommended ... I had a plumbing emergency, so in the process called three plumbers. Bluefrog was the first to respond and commit to the project. The plumber was dispatched timely, and I got notifications as to the name and time of his arrival (both email and phone call). He stayed and completed the job in the same day (extending well into the evening). I was very pleased with the process, his professionalism, and his correspondence. I will say their prices were higher than expected, but I think the customer service and professionalism compensated for the higher charges. I would use them again, although I hope it is not related to another plumbing emergency.

Jose Ruiz with ABACUS is everything you expect from a professional electrician. Knowledgeable, neat, clean, and attentive to the needs of the job. For all that, I found him expensive but worth every cent.

These guys sent over a crack head looking guy with tattoos al over him smelling like weed. Worked on our water heater and couldn't fix it so charged us over $300 to tell us must be the controller and that would be an additional $750 to put a $150 part in. I dont suggest anyone tyo ever use these guys. Reporting them to Bbb. Just taking advantage of the elderly is what tbey do.

I was cleaning my sink stoppers and broke the nut that holds the faucet stopper in place. I went to the U-Plumb-It on Montrose and decided to replace my plunger type sink stoppers with pop-up stoppers. So I purchased the two kits for my two master bath sinks. The guy at U-Plumb-It gave me a card for In The Loop Plumbing Services and said he would do small jobs at fair prices. So I contacted In The Loop and scheduled them to come out. They came out quickly - either the next day or the day after that. Wes was very professional and capable. He is a master plumber and has been for many years. He did not object to me already purchasing the parts and having him install them; some plumbers wouldn't accept this arrangement. Wes also had an apprentice with him, who he is training. I really respect it when experienced professionals mentor someone young who is learning a trade or profession. The work was done quickly and the price was fair, and I had no problems after they left. I can't ask for more than that, will use Wes for future plumbing jobs, and recommend him to others.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

By far the worst experience. From my system not cooling, to them cancelling appointments at the last minute. The icing on the cake was my heat not being connected via my gas line once they installed the system.Furthermore, I got a different company out to inspect the system, they compared the invoice and told me I was charged for a bigger system than I had.I ended up having them remove their system and went with another company. All in all, I am finally satisfied.Please stay far far away from this company to save yourself the headache!!! By far the worst decision I’ve made in a while.
