I called Village Plumbing because the company was recommended on our neighborhood Facebook page. Julio Arenas was dispatched quickly, right before 5pm. Julio was punctual and professional, and most importantly, he explained the process (discovery, proposal, and completion) clearly and kindly, and allowed me to make my decision without any high-pressure upsale. I will definitely request him for future services. I highly recommend the 5-star service from Julio — Village Plumbing is lucky to have him!

I have leak from showers and try to call on Saturday and they responded quickly and very professional over the phone and scheduled for two days after. As per slot they arrive on time and inspected all our showers determined it's not from shower drains rather shower wall sealant crack. They almost spent about hour and give their report and charged as per promised, very reasonable. I definitely recommend Cooper Plumbing for any of the plumbing issues.

Excellent customer experience from start to finish. My initial call was after hours yet I received an immediate phone call to schedule my service. I received both a phone call and text prior to the plumber’s arrival. The text had full name, bio and picture of the plumber. David was able to explain my problem and potential options to resolve my issues. He was informative and polite the entire time in my home. He cleaned up prior to leaving. He did an excellent job and highly recommended him for anyone’s service needs.

I called Wedgeworth about a month ago for a different plumbing repair and Damondrick & TJ were the team that came out to my house. They did such a good job on their first trip that I didn't hesitate to call Wedgeworth for a 2nd repair call on a different issue. Damondrick & TJ were again the team that came out for this 2nd visit today. They were patient, thorough, and very fair! Neighbors... If you have ANY plumbing issues whatsoever, you need to call Loren at Halo Services! Super honest, extremely responsive and very professional. The details below if you're interested!Our hot water stopped working on Tuesday afternoon. I briefly troubleshooted it and couldn't get the pilot on the 5-yr old hot water tank to stay on. My youtube research seemed to point to the controller being the issue. I'm pretty handy, but seeing how this dealt with natural gas, I figured better to call the pros. I called Abacus on Tuesday, because that's who we always hear about on TV... They managed to squeeze me in for later that afternoon. The technician came, tried to light the pilot TWICE, came down from the attic and told me I needed a new Hot water tank for a multitude of different reason and that it would be $2,500-$3,000. He advised me that replacing any parts would just add cost and that we would need to replace parts and by trial and error, determine the fix, so slowly we would work our way to a new tank anyways... so may as well just replace it. Full transparency, the cheapest option that he offered me was a $600 controller replacement. Those guys don't repair anything, they're just parts salesmen! I politely told him I wasn't interested and escorted him out.That evening I googled plumbing services and came across Halo Services on Google... I called, left a VM, then also texted (as instructed in the VM message). I promptly got a response from Loren. We spoke on the phone for about 10-15mins while he asked probing questions to try and pinpoint the issue. On Wednesday he made some time in his schedule to come by and take a look at the hot water tank. He troubleshooted for about 15-20mins or so and determined it may be the controller or maybe the burner. But more importantly, he let me know my tank was still under warranty! I called the manufacturer and told them what Loren told me and that the controller would need to be replaced. They honored the warranty and told me where they had a distributor close to my house to go pick up the new part that afternoon. Loren swung by on Thursday morning and in just about an hour, replaced the faulty controller and we were good to go!! Hot water again!Loren was on point with the issue and thanks to him letting me know about the warranty, the entire fix only cost us $150! So Abacus: a disengaged technician and $600 repair MINIUMUM, but fear sale tactic recommending a $3,000 fix… or HALO SERVICES: a genuine honest business owner, a warranty covered part and a prompt repair for $150… Great to know there are companies out there that are looking to grow by doing the right thing and providing top-notch service!!Loyal customer gained!

A plumbing business should have integrity and reliability. I would not hesitate to use bluefrog for all of my plumbing repairs! I know the repairs would be handled professionally. I will gladly recommend their services to all of my family and friends.

Money grab.Our home was hit by the tornado that came through our community they were more concerned about charging a diagnostic charge than giving a quote so we could submit it to the insurance company. Making matters worse, I requested an appointment on their website, three days later called them and they made it a point pay us first then we will talk quote.Sad way to do business.

Juan was courteous and efficient. He completed our annual heater maintenance and diagnosed an issue. He illustrated the problem and gave us options to repair now or later. We have been nothing but pleased with our experiences with Mission Air and Juan certainly added to that feeling.

Had three different repairs I needed done. Came same day. Knew exactly what to do and was super friendly. Was done in less than two hours and gave me a fair price. Highly recommend. Good indie plumber.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

When Alex was going to be late I was able to reach them very quickly and they informed me that due to the weather they needed to move the time and they were actually earlier than expected. Alex answered all my questions and made some valuable suggestions to improve the quality in my AC . It made me feel good to know that he remembered us as a client and was able to remind of things he saw before that over the time could have caused the problems. He provided a solution and was very efficient in getting it established and I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you
