Scott from Village Plumbing & Air, did an excellent job replacing my water heater, I had to work, my wife was home, she was fully informed and felt comfortable with the work going on. It was nice that it was so easy and stress free. I got home and everything looks wonderful, all piping and everything very clean and neat. The price was exactly what they quoted. A completely positive experience from start to finish.

We had a main water line leak. Their team came out on time, worked efficiently, and professionally. The men were courtesy and respectful. They did great work and had us fixed in a few hours. I will definitely use them again if we need work done.

I had a leak in my home in the hot water pipe. I called Nick's plumbing and was told someone could come to my home between 12:00pm and 2:00 pm to give me and estimate and if needed repair. I waited until 2:20 and called the company and was told that the tech assigned to my call had taken lunch and would probably would arrive in the next 30 minutes. He didn't arrive till 3:45 gave me the estimate and did the work. No apology was issued I think this is just bad customer service.

We were driving on 45 going SB going to drop our children off at school and one of their trucks pushed us into the emergency lane he was driving at least 80 MPH. The truck # is 107 I did call the number on the truck and a lady told me that she would let the owners know. So beware because if these drivers are what represent this company that is not good!

Mario from Aberle came to fix an issue with our toilet. He was courteous and nice and fixed the issue quickly. I will definitely use Aberle when we decide to repipe our house.

Everyone that we spoke to or interacted with was super helpful and very nice. They came out very quickly when we were having a major issue with our sewer line. Would 100% recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I will not ever use another company, happy customer for life!

It was an open appointment, so I was able to run my errands because you do get called before the tech show up. I received a text letting me know they were running a bit behind. In my book I consider that being professional. When my tech, Zach arrived he was very professional, he wore shoe covers to protect my floor, he was nice. He explained everything to me as far as price.

The service was prompt, efficient and professional. I had a copper pipe in the garage wall that froze and ruptured. They made the repair, pressure tested the line and insulated the new pipe. They cleaned up the mess and left the space open to dry fully.I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

An excellent company. The plumber is the owner of the company and is the most honest plumber I have ever met. He tells you exactly what he is doing, and takes great pride in his work. When installing a disposal, he removed the old mounting assembly, scraped the old putty from the base, and reinstalled it just so the letters would be centered! Most people would have just left the old assembly on and snapped the new disposer into it. He also noticed a drain line issue for my dishwasher line and quickly fixed the problem without me even noticing. After that he taught me how to adjust my water heater and did that for me as well. He did both of these things for no extra cost. Unbelievable service and caring during this time and age. He even said he’s sending me a thank you note!! He also is very friendly and will talk to you about his life and experiences. Great guy and company :)

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

Alex Zelaya was wonderful. Replaced my air handler after it was struck by lightning. It's not pushing air like my old unit and Alex came back today and spent almost 4 hours checking everything after another person came in and said they were only here to look, not to fix anything and i would have to call the company back to get them to send someone else. Alex was professional and courteous. I hope if I need service in the future, he is the technician that gets sent to me.

My domestic 10 years historical water heater stopped working and so I referred to as this company for their service. They were speedy to get there carried out the analysis and determined out that the heating unit had burned out and wished replacement. The technician set up a new one and hot water restored.

So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.
