Nobody likes to wake up to a major water heater leak, especially when you are home recovering from Covid 19. We have a great AC/Plumbing guy. We called him based on the great job & value we got from his company for our new HVAC. He was all about doing the job, until I admitted that we were sheltering in place with Covid 19 but the Heater was out in the garage. He told me to call him back when we were certified well. That was never going to happen. We researched Made in USA Water Heaters which led us to Bradford White. From there we looked for authorized dealers, which led us to Cooper. From that moment I spoke with Jeremiah, I knew we had found our new Plumber. As the Water Heater was in the garage, and us inside the House, he saw no problem with taking care of business. 2 Days later Hot Water in place, according to Code, and working. --Delivered and Installed by Professionals, a Fair Price, the old Water Heater Hauled off, and he accepted our Credit Card there after instal and inspection. Could not be happier. Firs,t they new what they were doing and made strong confident suggestions and recommendations. Second, workers were very professional while on the job. Third, price was fair for the work done. Last, after installation during the first big storm I had a question at an odd hour and they were their when I needed them. They stand behind their work!

The pilot light on our water heater stopped working and the unit was leaking gas. After some research I contacted HaLo and got an immediate and informed response.Unfortunately, due to Covid, the replacement part for our water heater was not available. I confirmed this by calling other businesses as well as the manufacturer. After waiting for parts to 'maybe' come in for two weeks with no hot water we pulled the trigger on just getting a new unit.Loren was very helpful and the price was great for the unit we bought and having it installed. I precisely recall that we made the decision to replace the water heater around 2pm and it was installed before 5pm the same day.The technicians were helpful, nice, and very professional. I can't recommend this service enough and have already recommended them to two neighbors who needed plumbing services.

Made appointments but never showed. I had to make lots of calls to lots of people and after 17 days without gas, it was finally fixed. No thanks to TQP.

They came to my home to replace my water heater. it was from 1999 and leaking red water all over my cealing. they came in protected my carpits with dropcloths and changed the heater and i feel my house was cleaner after they left. the were verry responsive to my questions and keeped me informed the whole time over all the best experience with a plumber ive ever had

I have used Brad's Plumbing since 1993 when I bought this house. Today I called as usual and they came right out to inspect the problem I had with my water meter connection. They (Jeremy, did a great job) replaced the connection and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone in west Houston/Katy area.

They wanted me to pay $1543 to replace a fan/motor. I called another person who went and did some repair work (no fan or motor replacement) and charged us $120. The abacus service guy suggested financing not realizing the extra monthly cost to us with interest.Imagine, fan and/or Motor not broken, but ready to replace it and charge us $1543 (1300% more) without a conscience of the financial impact to us and informing that others would charge us more then $1543Taking advantage and thriving upon the situation of desperation of folks whocan’t live without AC in this Texas heat and charging horrendous amounts up to 1300% more and who knows probably much more in other cases. This type of business makes my stomach sick. May Our God Have Mercy on Them.

I called on Monday after New Year. They were able to come out and totally fix the issue on 1/5. They cost less than $100 than the other two quotes my HOA received (who quoted after the fact). Joe is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. I highly recommend them.

If I could rate AAA zero stars I would. They have horrible communication, horrible customer service, and they're very expensive. I work for a large Multifamily & Investment company and a lot of my sister properties use AAA for a lot of work needed on their properties. Now we are all going to Best Plumbing. I have called many of times for over a month and never have received a call back in regards to my issues. Save yourself the high blood pressure and use anyone else but AAA.UPDATE:Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor Kenny in regards to invoices I had that I was continuously trying to get resolved. He said he was terribly sorry for my inconvenience and he would have them credit it to my account. Well, today I received another invoice it was the same one I was disputing originally. The accounts payable chick (lenann?) was rude. I then spoke with Chuck who was also snippy. They do not take notes on their end to let the others in the office know that they made changes/adding credits to accounts. Still not a good review. Still haven't changed my mind about these people. Overall unprofessional.Another Update: Based on their response below you can obviously tell their not professional whatsoever. They don't care.

We have used this company several times and are very pleased with the service. They come out quickly and always call before arriving. The prices are reasonable and I feel they are honest and fair. We plan to use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know needing plumbing work!

I was looking for a plumber on Yelp and read some good reviews about Aaron’s Plumbing, so I decided to give them a try. I spoke to Gilbert on the phone and he gave me the initial quote then he sent some of his guys out. They’ve done two jobs for me so far on two homes that I own. They really respond, are professional, do what they say they’re going to do and they got out there so fast and got everything taken care of. The first job was a water leak coming from the sink in the kitchen. The second job was an AC repair job and another a plumbing inspection. I would definitely refer Gilbert and Aaron’s plumbing to anyone as he’s professional, and when he says he’s going to be there in thirty minutes, he’s there in thirty minutes. He responds quickly and has a professional crew. Also, he has the best pricing of anyone else.
