So overpriced! I paid $599 for a new kitchen disposal. I thought that it must be some great 3/4 hp disposal. I checked later and discovered that the disposal costs $130 at Home Depot. So, $470 for a house call and a 20 minute installation - outrageous. I actually called Blue Frog the next day because I thought it must have been a mistake. No, they said that was their price for that item. Shameful

The two plumbers were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get right to work and finished up very quickly.I did not have the time to compare their price so I cannot speak to their affordability. However, for having a minor plumbing emergency and coming when they said they would I feel I paid a fair price.

They are organized and performed the job in a very timely manner. They had the issue resolved in two hours.

WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>

Called one week ago……still no call back. That’s pretty awesome service if you ask me. Don’t waste your time.Update two months later….still waiting on a call back.Maybe I’ll go to plumbing trade school and learn the trade myself, might actually happen before I get any attentiveness from GT.

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.

I contacted Mission A/C on a Friday night after hours on their chat screen. I was just going to leave a message for someone to contact me the next day. The owner personally called me on Friday night and walked me through some suggestions to get my A/C running. When those didn't work, an A/C tech was at my house the next morning fixing the problem. Their techs are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing. I highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

A very pleasant experience dealing with Shawn and Jesus's install crew. Very prompt and professional service in replacing 3 entire cooling/heating units, pointing out my options of equipment and payment. Will definitely use them again if the need arises and would highly recommend.
