I am very happy with the service I received from Nick's Plumbing and Air Conditioning. I had a leak in my shower and called late in the afternoon. They were able to come out the next morning and arrived at the indicated time. Prior to arriving, I received a text with a picture of Willie, the technician and some personal information about him. I really thought that was a nice touch! When he arrived, he quickly determined the problem and was straightforward about the issue and the cost. Willie, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the plumbing issue. He was efficient and finished in no time, and I am pleased with the result. After he left, my brother said, wow! What a nice guy! I will definitely use Nick's again for any plumbing needs.

At the time of this posting, the job had not been started yet. Patrick had come out and given us an estimate on the job that needed to be done, the young man seemed very knowledgeable and explained the work to be done and when it could be started.

Like thousands of others in the Houston area, we were affected by the freeze. Unfortunately, our leak was slow and took weeks to finally notice. I've been on waiting lists for help for several days now. My neighbor had Halo at their house and I was desperate for help so I called. The owner, Loren answered and put me in touch with Karen (amazing and very sweet!), who squeezed us in as soon as they were finished next door. The techs were friendly, professional and found the problem quickly. They provided a very reasonable price for the repair and took care of it on the spot. I couldn't be happier (and relieved!) and will be using them for all our future plumbing needs!! Thanks Halo!!

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

I supervise a manufacturing business that was in need for updated plumbing to our main water line throughout the facility. Mr. Rooter did a great job replacing over 350 ft. They did the work safely and prepared themselves for training to use our scissor lifts. We figured it wasn’t going to be an easy job, but they managed to complete everything within our goals. Brads plumbing always does quality work at a fair price. They have installed two toilets, cleared a plugged bathroom line, installed a bathtub filter, dropped a gas line for a laundry room, and rerouted a dishwasher drain line to the garbage disposal. It has all been very solid work and it all is running well after several years, knock on wood. They are my go to for plumbing.

The worst company at scheduling. Called them on a Saturday because my garage outlet was not working. They put me on the schedule for the following Tuesday. I had requested an early appointment windows since I had several items plugged into the garage outlet. Called again on Tuesday morning since I had not heard from them yet to confirm my appointment window. They confirmed that I was still on the route for that day. Later in the afternoon, their dispatch called me again saying they had to push my appointment to Friday, because they were running late. Totally unacceptable. I would had called someone else original on Saturday had I known it would have taken until Friday. The dispatcher that called was totally unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone.
