The plumbers arrived promptly. They were knowledgeable, polite and helpful. They installed a replacement faucet and filters for an under sink water filtration system. It now works perfectly. They cleaned the work area and removed all the packing. The price was half what was quoted by another plumbing company. I’m delighted with the service and have already scheduled for them to do additional jobs. Highly recommend.

had them come out to my rental property and tech told me that pipe underground in the front yard needed to be carved out by breaking the concrete sidewalk and replaced for 1800$. I declined the work and called a popular plumbing company that comes out on tv , they diagnosed all the plumbing in the home for me and told me there are no pipes that run in front yard, the main line is in backyard ! they charged me a small fee and cleaned out a clog and everything is working fine now !

After a rocky start by not getting to me on the day of my appointment which was set 1 day in advance, the technician Mike White was professional, transparent and patient. He explained the options I had with regards to the gas lines in my house and didn't push me to go with the most expensive option. It was nice to have the information and be able to make the best decision for my situation. He did all of the requested work efficiently and was a great representative for all plumbers and for Abacus.

AAA Plumbers did an amazing job!!!!! The City of Houston came days before my owner's visit and dug a HUGE hole. I called AAA and they went to work! They had a crew there the next morning, Joseph & Weldon were wonderful. They kept me updated throughout the day and waited patiently for me when I was with clients. Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
