I am very pleased with installation of my complete new AC/heating system and attic insulation. The 2 stage system is quiet and the house is so much cooler now that the humidity is controlled. The crew worked late to have our system ready by Thanksgiving and the job looks great and they left my house spotless. I also appreciate Nancy Harris spending the time to evaluate my needs professionally and helping to make the job go smoothly.

I first had an AC company try to clear my AC drain, they “blew it out” but it continued leaking. The inept company told me I needed a plumber. So I called one and after charging for a visit they told me I needed the drain pipe to replaced for $1,500!After an extensive search I found Cooper.was They came in 1 day, cleared the AC drain as well as the main drain the the AC drain empties into.I can’t say enough good things about their competence, professionalism and timeliness. Not to mention they saved me over a $1,000!If you want the job done properly Cooper is the company to call.They also give us veterans a discount. ??

I stopped using the washer after several failed attempts to unclog the drain. I called several plumbing companies to get get estimates on reworking the entire drain. Duane Collins with Blue Frog West was the first appointment. He asked for a chance to clear it for a reasonable price. He worked diligently and retrieved the object blocking the drain. I am beyond happy and Blue Frog is my new go-to plumbing company.

After the freeze, we had some busted pipes. We got the name of Texas Plumbing 911 through a post on NextDoor. The person on ND gave Rosa our number and she called to coordinate when Texas Plumbing could come out. Once we were “on the list”, Rosa kept us informed on when James, the plumber, would arrive. James arrived on time, knew what he was doing and had the parts needed to fix the leak. After James fixed 2 leaks, he thought there was still something running, but couldn’t figure out where it was. The third leak showed up later that day but James came back and fixed it!! Great work!! We will use them again!!!

All Around Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet today. The estimate was fair, complete and offered options for me to choose what was best for me. The work was done quickly and neatly. The work done was ok, albeit expensive. Water heater leaked and caused a break in the sheetrock. This happened on a Saturday and needed to be done expeditiously, which it was.My main complaint has to do with follow up. The person who did the installation provided me a quote for the sheetrock repair and the said the person would call me to schedule. This never happened. When I called Abacas to try to get that information they said they would have the service person call me. That never happened. I called again and was given a name of a person to repair the sheetrock and the quote was $100 more. I found my own person to repair the sheetrock for less that the original quote.Since the cost of the repair was so high I paid half and finance the rest. I promptly received a copy of the loan documents. After a month I had not received any information regarding how to pay the balance so I again called Abacas. Their finance person said I would receive documents in the mail the next month. After that month went by I called Abacas again and they transferred me to the voicemail of the finance person and said they would call me right back after I leave a voicemail. That didn't happen. The next day I called Abacas again and was given the number for Service Finance Company. Initially this was a loop of press buttons that got me nowhere. I eventually found a button that allowed me to talk to a person. This was a hugely frustrating call. The person talked incessantly and over me saying things I already knew not allowing me to ask questions. She kept saying repeatedly that the mailed me, emailed me and phoned me. I received no mail, no email and no voice mail on my phone. Finally, after adamantly expressing my frustration I was able to ask pointed questions to get to the bottom of the situation. It turns out the repairman put the wrong address on the loan document. This explains why I didn't get the mail. No clue why I didn't receive the email or phone call.Ultimately after numerous phone calls without success I was able to get the necessary information to pay the bill. Never have I had such a frustrating ordeal just to pay a bill.

I've used TDT Plumbing previously so I called them when I developed a water leak on one of my outdoor pipes. Left a message for them and received a prompt response. The technician, Julio Luis, was able to come out and fix the problem immediately. Same day service. I also had him come out the next day and upgrade a pipe. Same great service. Received a follow up phone call from the office. If you are in need a good reliable, prompt and friendly plumbing company, I highly recommend them.
