Emergency repairs to water main entering the house and it’s connection to the irrigating sprinkler system. The connection between the galvanized steel into the home and the PVC piping to irrigating sprinkler system had failed. This became a problem when trying to dismantle the galvanized material and the scope of repairs spread into the house and then the attic until a suitable threaded connection was found to which they could make good connections to. Luke Potter, the young man who was the attending plumber from Cooper Plumbing was very professional, neat and clean in his work and did not look at his watch once as the problem spread into the house and he knew he was keeping their next customer waiting. He stayed with it until everything was checked and tested and we were satisfied. I found him to be knowledgeable and happy to educate me (and I am always ready to learn) when I asked questions about the equipment or the material he was using or how things were done.I would certainly recommend his services to anyone.

I called Evan and he returned my call immediately and came to fix my leaking toilet on the same day. Evan provided me with an estimate based on his assessment as to the cause of the leakeage on the phone and it turned out he was right and charged me what he said he would. Evan took pride in his work and was professional and efficient. Evan took the time to explain the problem and the price was very reasonable. I'll use him again if I have any problems with plumbing.

Rotorooter didn't complete the job and told me my subfloor was rotted and probably needed to be replaced. They told me to call them back when I fixed the floor. After calling 2 contractors to evaluate the floor, turns out It was in good shape, it was just wet from the broken flange. A repair flange would have worked just fine. They were also going to install the new toilet flange (on the inside of a 3 pipe) with a thick rubber gasket that would put the drain pipe for that toilet at about 2. Would probably have gotten clogs all the time. Wedgeworth quickly chipped and removed the pipe from the old flange off of the drain pipe so that a new larger flange could fit on the outside like the original and installed it properly, quickly and affordably. Very impressed with their expertise, their work and their professionalism.

Joe came out and cleaned the drain in the master bathroom. the drain from the washing machine was also clogged. He found that the pipes had corroded and needed to be replaced. He started the job the next day and it was completed not long after that. The timing included a city inspection. All is in working order. Mr.Rooter has been our plumber of choice for a few years now and we are very happy with them.

Called on Sunday for repair to leaking bath/shower valve. Not leaking, water just running out. They had a plumber there three hours later and fixed it. No trip charge, reasonable fee, I think. About the trip charge-nothing makes me drop a company faster than a trip fee they don't waive if you accept the bid.

These folks are amazing! They saved me at least $8k from another company claiming that i had busted pipes, etc. underground. TDT took the time over the phone to explain all possibilities and made a quality recommendation for taking a step by step process before jumping into the worst case scenario. My total bill was $800 for a new cleanout installed in the front yard plus a number of minor tasks with the old pipes. I also used them for my tenants next door and they made a quick $150 trip to clean out their water line. Everything is working great. Fair, honest, on time and easy to work with. 10 Stars!!!

Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.

Mission tried to charge me $600 for an $8 part and routine fix, even though THEY installed this unit less than two years ago, “serviced” it three months ago, and it’s under a 10 year warranty. Absolutely unconscionable behavior and they tried to take advantage of the situation. This industry needs to be regulated and consumers need to be protected from predatory and arbitrary companies like this one.
