We had an amazing experience with Cooper Plumbing! We had an emergency with a giant leak in our kitchen from a pipe in the wall that was spilling through to the downstairs and the external wall. Jeremiah was quick to respond and worked hard to find the source of the leak. (It was in the worst possible spot.) He was pleasant to work with the entire time, as it felt like he spent the entire day at our house. After fixing the busted pipe at an extremely reasonable price, he recommended another amazing company who is now helping us with repairing the extensive damage caused by the leak. We would 100% recommend Cooper Plumbing to literally everyone. Lifesavers.

They tech who showed up isn't helpful at all in explaining what's the solution for the issue we are having. We did the most of the talking to query information from him. He just took pictures and sent us the quotes. High price quoted for a small job and we will have to shop around for better price now. Trip charge in our context is waste of money with out finding any solution.

They were able to fit me in on the first day. I appreciated the prompt response. They explained that I was using the wrong product to clear the drain. Overall, very nice and helpful. Will use again.

I called and asked about hooking up my gas generator to bbq out let nat gas line. The guy answered my question was helpful. I called 5 min later with one more question and he responded with “can you call tomorrow it’s Sunday and I have better things to do.” Wow!!! That’s a first for me. I would recommend not picking up the phone next time if you have better things to do. Terrible!

We had an issue with our drainage and garbage disposal. I booked online on a Friday night and Roto - Rooter was there by 2 the next day! Johnathan and his trainee were great guys, super quick, and were able to give me a very reasonable price. They were in and out within 30 mins.

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

Junior and Jason installed my whole house Aquasana water system and a shower head in my bath. They were very professional and did a great job. I used TPP in the past to re-pipe my entire house. They also found the sewer outlet from my house to the street which even the City couldn't find. They are on time and keep in touch. I do recommend this company.

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

My name is Melissa and I live in Southwest Houston. My Neighborhood was hit really hard by this last Freeze storm that hit Houston about 3 months ago. We were without water or power for 5 days in sub freezing weather. And when the water and power did come back on it was a disaster in my home. Water was every where. Cellings were collapsing all around us. So scary ?. Reached out to a few programs seeking help because frozen pipes was not covered under my home owners insurance. I was so in need of a miracle. A program called conectivetexas.gov sent me a Blessing.They sent out Houston Plumbing Services who volunteered their time with lots of love and care and great professionalism to help me get my water back on.They came out and treated me like I was a customer spending a million bucks, when in reality they did it all for free just because of the kindness in their hearts. They put down paper as to not mess up anything. They even kept it clean as they worked and each night before they would head out. They even put back as much of the drywall as they could that they had to cut away. They worked very hard and were very professional. Even in my hot house with no Air conditioning running due to the gapping holes in my ceilings looking right into the attic. And let me tell you it got extremely hot in here. But with great pride and joy they were happy to get it done to help out a fellow Houston whom really was relying on them. It is with great pleasure that I can truly say that they went above and beyond to help me. and got it done. They replaced all the pipes in my whole home. and did it with a smile ?.
