Best Fixture Repair in Houston TX

I was having problems with clogged toilets and I was able to get an appointment right away. Members were considerate of my need to work while there. The problem was solved initially, but it came back the next day.I called back to explain the problem and the crew returned. They explained what was done and reviewed additional troubleshooting steps with me.

They installed a tankless water unit and I also had them upgrade the unit so that the hot water would run immediately when turned on. I am very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism. I will definitely be using their services again, when needed.

SCAMMERS!!! RUN! On Nov. 1st we had them come out to clean our pipe in our master bath. We have a branch growing into the pipe and they assured us it could be cleaned out. They used a water jet machine & poured acid down the toilet. We were able to use our tub/toilet until Dec. 15th. Then our tub started stopping up and water came up out of the bottom of our toilet. We have documents stating that they guarantee their work... we called to make an appointment & ended up rescheduling 2 times bc they couldn't show up during the window allotted. They came out today & the rep said they have to do a clean out that would cost us ANOTHER $1200. My husband said he didn't want that, we wanted it to be de-scaled. The rep left & said the owner would call. The owner, IDO COHEN called and said we need a clean out and we are wasting his time, do not call back and there is no warranty- although we were received an email saying there is a warranty on their work. He proceeded to tell my husband, don't call this number again I'm going to hang up and he did... Husband called back and he answered and said we weren't getting any money back from them, it's not my problem, don't call this number again and hung up. Horrible horrible customer service!!!! Do not use them- they will not fix your problems and are ridiculously unprofessional. I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR TO LEAVE THE REVIEW, BUT LET ME CLEAR THEY ARE A ZERO STAR COMPANY.

They are professional and did a great job. Technician was friendly also Will be using their services again.

I can not say enough about this company. Wow. AmazingFirst they tried to help me fix the problem myself over the phone. What company does that anymore. They were extraordinary patient with me, talked me through it step by step to see if I could quickly and safely get my hot water working again.When that did not work told me exactly what part I needed and to go to Home Depot and buy it. They were more than willing to even call me back later in the evening to help me install the part.The only problem I was to afraid to take any chances myself to take the part off of my water heater. What if I broke something or did not do it right. I voiced my concern to then about this over the phone, and they tried to assure I wouldn't.Long story short they made a special trip after hours with the part, and installed it with a smile on their face. I am still in shock that they would do this for me. How kind and caring. They were so professional, honest, and determined to get me hot water as soon as possible.They went the extra mile and then some. Thanks guys you made my day. You were amazing.This is not your regular plumbing company. They are better then the rest.

WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>

George Molina was the technician who came to our house today- our lights of the living room, chandelier and porch lights all were not working suddenly. The breakers were checked and that did not solve the problem. Then George had to do kind of detective work, checking each and every power point/ power socket in the porch, in the room, and we have lots of such power junctures, and finally was able to find the weakling point. Once he fixed that, we got our lights back. George knows his stuff, and above all, he has such a great attitude- humble and modest. Please give this young man higher opportunities to rise in your company. We shall be asking for him only from here onwards.Also Mellisa of Abacus was great in giving us the appointment the same day.This was the first time we used Abacus, and George Molina’s work impressed us so much that we now have a high impression of Abacus company.Abacus is going to be our future Electrical company that we shall be calling when we need help. They were very quick in responding and completing the job, not to mention friendly. I would use them again. The only minor concern is that they were a bit on the pricier side, but then again you get what you pay for. The quality is great.

Emilio and crew came to my house and “Did the Damn Thang”! All the employees were friendly, courteous, attentive to all details, and most importantly to ME they were professional! They came as a crew, worked as a crew, & cleaned up as a crew! The sheetrock crew came in the next day after all pipes were taken out and new pipes were installed. The same professional service was received by me! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND “GET IT DONE PLUMBING” to everyone!A+++++¥¥

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

I have called 3 different times and every time is its a run around. The first two times I called to get someone to come out they told me they would call me back and never did. Good thing I called around. The funny thing is my company is right across the street from them. Today I call because we need a leak fixed and yet again got the run around. They told me since I don't have an account with them they can't send anyone out, until I set an account up with them. I was never told the first two times that I needed an account to get serviced. So, I was put on hold then I reached an assistant and she asked me who I was waiting for, I then told her accounting (Which they were not in the office at the time I called). I expressed how unsatisfied on there service and I was ready to look else where. she told me to hold on and she will get to the bottom of it and get back with me. So yet again i was put on hold for a good minute until she got back on the line. she proceeded to tell me that she spoke to the dispatcher and the accounting lady was back in her office, her name was Kelsey I believe. so i sat on the phone waiting to be transferred to this lady and the call ended. This was a headache just to get service, found someone else and they our on the way and it took less then 5 minutes to get everything set up. i will never call them again. spend your money elsewhere.

These guys were great - always answered the phone quickly and did the work right first time.
