Best Fix A Drain in Houston TX

This is my third time calling on Cooper Plumbing. They are always quick to respond, are consistently on time, and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cooper Plumbing is my first and last call for any plumbing needs.

I have spent approximately $3,000 with Nick's in the last several years on plumbing services, and they are the last plumbers that have done any work at our home. So today I called them because we got back in to town after the week long freeze and we had no water at all., and they told me they do not have any appointments until March 18. We have no water at our home and the pipes are not broken. We had no water prior to the freeze, but we were going out of town and had no time to report this issue, nor have it repaired. I need someone to tell me what the problem is. It has to be something simple. I guess spending over $3,000 in the last several years with Nick's Plumbing does not make you a good customer. I will not be calling them again, and I will ask them to refrain from sending me all of their advertising emails as their service does not mean anything. I was not that pleased with the hot water heater repair either. It took multiple trips to get everything done. .

I needed a sewer inspection for the purpose of buying a house. Even though I told BlueFrog technician there was no sewer clean box in this property, he inspected the premises, and he did find it. Made the job much simpler, and better for my budget. He did a quick plumbing check of water and drainage in the house faucets to assess the comments I shared with him regarding a previous home inspection. CJ also shared general plumbing facts with me which I always find helpful. Thank you, CJ.

Called Wedgeworth Plumbing this afternoon and one of their technicians, James, was over in less than an hour. He unclogged the pipe underneigh our house quickly and checked multiple times to make sure our kitchen sink would drain perfectly. Very pleasant experience, and much cheaper than the other company who has serviced our home in the past! Thanks Wedgeworth!

Josh assisted my mom with her water filter. He was phenomenal!! He did such a great job, was super nice and helpful.

Professional, thorough, and did the job quickly. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I will use Bluefrog Plumbing again.

It took two service calls for my repair. However, both issues could have been addressed in one visit. First visit was the installation of a gas shut off valve ($170). The second was a pressure test of the system ($594). The shut off valve took less than 15 minutes; the gas pressure test was only slightly more than an hour. I was informed I was paying for a gas company inspection and city permit even though the property is not in the city limits. My correction of this fact was ignored by Texas Quality Plumbing and Eric. My call to Centerpoint indicated my service was not in an area where a permit would be required. I saw this as an effort to run up my bill. I felt compelled to pay and was asked to do so before the job was completed. Unfortunately, I needed the gas back on as soon as possible due to the cold weather and being 2 days before Christmas for the first visit and just days before the New Year's holidays on the second visit. My call to the main office was never returned nor did they provide any justification for the cost of a nonexistent permit.

Nathan and his team did a terrific job re-piping my home with PEX and installing a tankless water heater. Now, we have consistent hot and cold water throughout the house with improved pressure.

The plumber was very knowledgeable and experienced and fixed my problem. The reason for only 4 stars is when I arranged for service on the phone, the appointment was set for one o'clock. The plumber didn't show up until 5 o'clock and knew nothing about the set appointment time. I am certain that I didn't misunderstand the appointment maker.

The overall service was great. I had some problems and they quickly got them fixed no issues since then. Very professional, quick and polite people. Will definitely call them again for any future services.

During the February 2021 Winter DEEP freeze, All Around Plumbing responded in a timely and professional manner, locating and repairing the problem within an hour, and restored much needed water service to our home. Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be contacting them again in future.

Recently I had a leak in my yard. I called Abacus for a quote. They came out highest quote was about 6k lowest quote which was highly suggested it would be way more was 3300. I was urged to book service asap. I decided to get a few more quotes. Nobody even came close to the inflated price Abacus gave me. The job ended up being 565.00. It’s almost criminal that they were trying to charge me 5.3k more. Do your due diligence and get several quotes.

Houston Plumbing Services are a rare find- the work is thorough-precise and reasonably priced.I have used this company for many properties I manage and will continue to call Leonard- he always schedules in a timely manner.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.
