I've had great experiences with Village. Their staff is friendly, and I like that they send you a picture of the technician ahead of time. Most recently I had to reschedule when the technician showed up because of a sleeping 6 month old, and Geoff was very understanding and didn't make me feel bad for the late cancellation, even though he was already at the house.

Had my appointment scheduled from 10 am - 12 pm. They didn't arrive until 1230 pm. Though Josue and his partner was really friendly and super knowledgeable, once they found the leak and determined what had caused it really assured me that they knew what they were doing. Also they were able to see that the my water heater needed was really damaged and needed replacing too. Overall whenever I do need help with any plumbing issues again I will definitely be calling Nick's plumbing and requesting these two again!

I called Evan and he returned my call immediately and came to fix my leaking toilet on the same day. Evan provided me with an estimate based on his assessment as to the cause of the leakeage on the phone and it turned out he was right and charged me what he said he would. Evan took pride in his work and was professional and efficient. Evan took the time to explain the problem and the price was very reasonable. I'll use him again if I have any problems with plumbing.

Highly professional, and they work very cleanly, left both projects at my business and at my home completely spotless. Samuel who helped me assess and quote both times was extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. The plumbers here are honest and know their stuff! Mario is highly experienced. They installed a waterline at my business and did a complete sewer repair at my home as well as installing a new water heater and whole house filter. Definitely will call them again if I need plumbing work in the future.

Brad and his son, Josh, came out when they said they would and treated my property with great respect and care. They had to trench to replace a 60-year old sewer drain. They had to tunnel under a 7' section of patio and insisted on trying that rather than breaking up the patio. They used cardboard down the full length of the trench to ensure that the dirt did not make mud all over the yard and that all the dirt went back in the hole. When all was said and done, my kitchen sink drained and my yard has a small scar that will heal quickly. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that their price was half what a big company quoted for the same job.

The work was done without any issues. They completed the installation sooner than expected. Removal of the former furnace and clean up was thorough and complete. Very professional and good customer service.

I rarely leave online reviews but was eager to write this one after being so satisfied with the work by Ian from David Hicks Plumbing. I called out another plumber earlier today because of a bad leak, and he quoted me $1,150 for a major overhaul of my kitchen sink plumbing. Plus, he charged me a diagnostics fee of $50-60. He didn't fix anything while here. I called David Hicks Plumbing afterwards for a second opinion. They sent someone right away. That person ended up being Ian. He was kind, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes and only charged the diagnostics fee. Needless to say, I was blown away! I couldn't be happier with this company and look forward to using them again. In the meantime, I'll be recommending David Hicks Plumbing and Ian to all of my friends and colleagues.
