Best Drain Replacement in Houston TX

We confirmed with Village Plumbing & Air to have a plumber out to our house 3 different times today, as we had an urgent issue that needs resolving asap. At first, we spoke to Karen. She was very pleasant and accommodating. However, throughout the multiple phone calls with the main office and dispatch there was a breakdown in communication and no one showed up. Frankie, with dispatch, seemed unaware we were even on the schedule for today. Then, after confirming multiple times someone would be here today, he finally tells us the actual truth in which a plumber will not be available until tomorrow. Why could Frankie not give us this information earlier? I understand job times are estimated, but a good dispatcher communicates that to the customer. VERY frustrating. How are there so many positive reviews for this company? Obviously communication is a weakness within the company. Call another company!

They were extremely professional and were upfront and honest with everything (i.e. cost, what they will be doing, and timing). They even arrived ahead of schedule! We called them and they arrived the next day and the leak was fixed that day. They even cleaned up afterwards. If I could give more stars, I would.

My daughter lives in the same condominium community (Hammerly Woods Condos) and had a very bad experience with a newly installed A/C unit purchased through another company. When she had problems with her new unit- One Hour charged her $85.00 to come out and tell her that it was a plumbing problem (drain pipe was clogged)and not covered under her newly purchased A/C maintenance contract. Through pure luck she found Nick’s A FULL SERVICE -A/C- Residential & Commercial Plumbing- Sewer Services- Company!So when our A/C went out yesterday - I called Nick’s: so professional and the technicians were here this morning. I can’t express how amazing the technician’s were- problem solved in less than an hour. They also evaluated my old unit- they are scheduled to come back next Friday to address some maintenance issues. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and the breadth of technical knowledge, I signed up today for a maintenance contract. I went from stressed out yesterday to so happy in less than 24 hours! AMAZING COMPANY!!!

After my water heater went out, I called my warranty and they arranged a service call with Texas Quality Plumbing. Had a technician in my house within 3 days and a replacement water heater within 2 days. I can’t say how grateful I am!! With the cold weather approaching, no more cold showers. Technicians were very professional and quick. The whole process was extremely fast from start to finish and very convenient. Definitely making Texas Quality Plumbing my service provider from now on.

Got some water stain on the ceiling. I'm a pretty DIY person, so I cut the ceiling trying to fix it myself, but couldn't even locate the leakage.Called Nathan up since they are located quite close to my home. They quickly located the issue was the loosen bath tub drain cover. The leakage was small so hard to notice. Glad they were able to spot it. Sometimes, I have to admit DIY just can't match professional's experience.They quickly fix it with a reasonable price. Great job.

Very disappointed. I Called this company out for a pipe clog. The man ended up Flooding the house when removing the toilet, promised to send a restoration team out immediately but never heard back from them and they never showed. It’s been over a week now. Left the bathroom a horrible mess, did not clean up at all. The plumber was nice but lied to my face and ruined my ceiling as the water flood from the upstairs from him not draining the toilet tank and all the water poured into my ceiling destroying my sheet rock. Will have to pay $1000s to fix or will have a mold problem.I would not use them or recommend them to anyone. Not a honest or reliable company.Poor customer service or just no customer service at all.Kevin Astala

Very professional and very high quality work. Joe is great! However, this business does charge a fair amount more than other plumbers have quoted me for the same work. If you have a complex problem that you want to be done right, this is your plumber.
