We called for a garbage disposal issue on a Friday morning, and they offered to send somebody out same day. We couldn't be there because of our work schedules, so they claimed they could send somebody out on Saturday morning. They arrived on Saturday after providing us plenty of heads up about their arrival, and Brandon showed up to fix our issue. He was extremely professional and helpful, provided advice as he was fixing our issue, and after a thorough inspection and a quick fix he charged us a very reasonable price. Considering the customer service, response time, and price I'd recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues. Additionally, while I can't comment on their AC service capabilities because that wasn't our issue, we have kept their card and plan to keep them in the back of our minds for if we do have an AC issue because their service for us today was amazing. Highly recommend this company.

As previously, Josh gave me a courtesy call with a half hour notice. He and Devon arrived promptly as scheduled. They had shoe covers and went to work diagnosing and correcting the problem right away. They are awesome! Both were professional, polite and very efficient. We are so glad that Nick’s will let us request Josh. His knowledge and experience are worth a lot. Nick’s uses the best technology for scheduling including text reminders and e-mail receipts and photos of the work performed.

They were able to quickly remove the water and all debris from the area and then used special drying equipment to ensure that all of the underlying areas were dried properly.

They have better than average service as far as doing excellent work and thoroughly explaining everything.

Our technician was very professional. He knew exactly how to fix our low pressure problems in the kitchen. He took a look at all the water lines in the kitchen, and fixed our problem. He also took the time to explain what was happening. They are our go-to plumber from now on. Will definitely use them again.

If I could rate this company less than a one star, I would. A major disappointment! Always arrived more than an hour or two late for scheduled appointments. Will state the problem and tell you how they will solve the problem; However will present an online bill that charges something totally different (be aware of the bait and switch trick). And finally, they charged my credit card TWICE without my consent for different amounts of money. I am in the process of filing charges with the attorney general's office. Next time do business with the plumbers that have been in Houston for more than 10 years. These are the honest guys.

Plumber came out Sunday ran snake under house and cleared out and obstruction. Monday another came to run a camera through our plumbing system so check for cracks or roots impacting the flow through the line. Tuesday the toilet overflows again and plumber returned to run snake again. Cleared the line and left. We had another company come double check since we were left with no real solution to why the clogging was continuing.The second company found within 10 minutes that we had a break in our sewage line 4 feet from the clearance line. He dropped the same snake system and hit mud indicating the break in the line.I will be reaching out to inquire about a return on payment based on their failure to identify the issue or give us a viable solution. I will follow up on this review to share how they handle the complaint.

Excellent - will be using them again. Just moved into area, called them this morning as I saw they had outstanding reviews. Emily on call was super helpful - and since our issue was urgent - was able to get us in. Called me several times (very on it). Then the tech Eric was on time, helpful and explained the issue. I will be using them again and again. Great company. BTW: also appreciated them using an N-95 mask and booties (without me asking), given what’s going on these days. Thanks Lucky’s.

Great Service

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.
