Basically incompetent. Had them attempt to service a drain and garbage disposal at my rental property. Renters called me directly to express their concern that the technician they sent out was clueless. Spoke to plumber/tech directly and had to instruct him what to do and check. His only suggestion was to replace my brand new garbage disposal (about 6 months old) at a cost of $700 min (not making this up). I paid the $75 service fee to get him off the property and had it serviced. Avoid!

And within that same context there are plumbers and then there is H-Town Emergency Plumber.The toilet in my condo started leaking and I knew I needed someone to get the job done right. I checked with a few places and none of them had the same level of service with just getting me in. They were incredibly accomodating to my situation for which I am truly grateful.
