We had a very bad experienced with Village Plumbing and Air’s service.My house kitchen drainage is working fine, because Village Plumbing & Air had a special drainage promotion, therefore we had Village Plumbing & Air come, paid and performed a maintenance service. Village Plumbing & Air Technician come with a 50 ft plumber snake, after he run several times and my kitchen sink was completed clogged (full of water, do not drained). He recommended us to schedule for a power drainage service (it cost $400 +). We are very upset and I made a big mistake that I should stay with John Moore Services. Therefore, I had John Moore Service come next day, after 15 minutes of regular drainage service (not a power drainage service) and my sink is working fine. Overall, the matter was Village Plumbing & Air don’t have a right equipment to perform the service, made the matter getting worst, advised for a more costly procedure and still made us to paid for the service.

Helped with a heating problem. They were able to come out the next day without an emergency service appointment. Was very pleased with our technician who explained the issue and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time.

Please make sure you are on same page before signing the contract. There was a payment issue after completion of work, the owner sat in front of my home demanding payment. I made it perfectly clear that I was waiting on my insurance company. He continued to harrass me calling threatened to remove pipes, fittings. Said I could not have the drywall replaced until I paid as the pipes n fittings weren't mine, and could be used on another job. It was awful. Additionally, the repipers destroyed the drywall under my sink so much was the damage that the drywaller charged me an extra 400.00 to repair. I spoke to wedgeworth, he said he would have a check cut for the extra expense, if I sent him the bill. Which I did, by that time I had given his manager a check for 8910.00. 3 days later I received a certified letter from a lawyer demanding payment. I called the lawyer, asking why? Never received a reply from wedgeworth or the attorney. Nor a check from wedgeworth covering the extra destruction under my kitchen sink. So my advice to potential customers, make sure you communicate your intent. I stated from the beginning insurance company is paying. Also, the contractor came out to check work and collect, and also refused to leave w/o payment, and made threats. I asked them to leave my property as at this point, a 79 year old woman, I did not feel comfortable with two men in my home threatening to remove pipes, fitting to use at another job.

Unclogged all 3 of my toilets in my shop. Showed me on camera I a had a broken pipe in my foundation. Gave me a fair quote on the repair ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

luckys plumbing is absolutely first-rate. they are good people who show up on time (or even early), who do terrific work, and who charge a reasonable fee. i would use them before i used any other plumber. (also, in this covid era, they also show up wearing masks, which is absolutely the right thing to do.) my entire large family uses luckys. i recommend them highly.

Update: the technician contacted us to try and solve the issue with toilet running nonstop. Will update again after the appointment.

Great experience, arrived on time, gave me the estimate ahead of time, very clean, fantastic job.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

Houston Plumbing Services came out after Winter Storm Uri and fixed no less than 6 busted pipes to make sure I had a working bathroom and kitchen again. The plumbers took time to explain what was happening and my options and the office stayed in touch about the time for my appointment. Having someone to keep you updated about when they could come out was a huge relief, considering how hard it was to get in touch with anyone this week. And the guys did great work, made sure everything was running and scheduled a follow up appointment. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Showed up promptly and did more work than I had initially requested. They work fast and clean.
