I used this plumbing company services to install and repipe a new sink garbage disposal. I provided the garbage disposal. This installation was for my father. He stated that Rolando properly installed the disposal using new pipe and provided a ground wire where there was none, previously.The installation is a vast improvement over the last time the old disposal was installed, correctly piped in a more simpler drain pattern under the sink and again, installed a ground wire, as recognized as needed by Rolando.The company uses flat rate fees, which was not priced during our service request, causing some confusion, no fault of the plumber, Rolando. We worked it out satisfactorily.My father was pleased with the final price, the professional installation and conduct of the plumber who recognized the work needed improvement.Since Thanksgiving is next week, I suggest giving Rolando a bonus that includes a full-size turkey. Would definitely recommend this company! I initially contacted them to install a whole house water filtration/softener system. They asked so many important questions that no other plumber I had contacted had even considered. They recommended a system but did not push me on it. We ended up taking their advice on installing the Enviro system, and we couldn’t be happier! They were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Chris and team did an outstanding job!

We recently purchased a house that was a major project. I was aware of problems in my sewer line so I called around and found Got Flow plumbing. They sent out a technician next day. Rolando, the technician began to inspect the line using a camera and I was able to see the condition. We agreed on a reasonable price and they got started next day. I contacted Got Flow for a clogged toilet in the office bathroom. They came out exactly when they said they would, did the job professionally, and the price was right. I felt ripped off, emergency situation here, and they took advantage. $3500 to install and provide a 40 gallon water tank? But, as I stated, it was a dire situation. A 6 year warranty with parts and labor, we found a tank at Home Depot with a 12 year warranty, but as stated earlier our tank was in dire straights.

Very professional and friendly. Chris explained in a way you would understand the problems with the air conditioning unit, tub and drain in person and via videos he took while he was at work on the roof. He gave recommendations and choices taking into consideration how much budget you have in mind. I took their business name and phone from yelp and chose them as I had both air conditioning and plumbing issues and it was smooth sailing from when I first contacted them. The work was all done on the same day. Thanks and I would use them again in the future!

Just wanted to have routine service on my AC and the technician was polite and explained every thing that he did. I used this company back during the freeze when my pipes burst . They were the only company that I could get to come out in a timely manner and the did an excellent job. I plan to use them in the future if I have any AC or plumbing concerns

I had a shower head leaking and contacted Got Flow Plumbing because of their good online rating. They came the next day. Even though they spent 2 hours to try to diagnose the problem, they couldn't figure out the cause, and claimed they partially fixed it - i.e. when the shower head was hung up on the wall it will not leak and when you lower it it will leak. Still they charged me the full amount for fully repaired it. However, in the next few hours I noticed the shower head was still leaking albeit hung up on the wall. I contacted them again and the customer service said they will come back again the next day. Got a phone call from them the next day during which they still claimed they've fixed it partially. If I want to really fix it they will charge me a lot more extra. They cut off the phone call in the middle of the conversation and no one showed up during the scheduled second appointment. Very disappointed at their service and they are so unprofessional.

Over all great service. Was able to get a technician within the hour I called same day service. The technician was very helpful and informative and provided advice on my water heater for future reference. Will use and recommend their services again.

This company is outrageously expensive. We had them come out to our house to cap a broken waterline. To make the job easier for them, we dug out the dirt to leave the line clear of dirt. It took all of 10 minutes to repair, and the bill was $327! I understand the urgent call fee of $99, but $228 for 10 minutes? That is equivalent to $1,368. It’s price gouging at it’s worst. Don’t use this company!

Great service from this company. They sent out John, a very professional service technician, to compete the job. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He quickly got to the root of the problem and corrected the issue. Would certainly recommend Got Flow for your plumbing needs.

Without warning we had to replace our entire central air and heating unit in our house. The only good outcome to our situation was that it was during a time of year (December) that we had the opportunity to do as much research as possible in company's reviews , warranty, price and equipment offered that we finally decided on having Got Flow perform our new installation. Our entire unit had to be replaced excluding original duct and return flow hardware, We had the original system with metal duct. I can say that I was pleasantly surprised at the entire installation. Tying in the old to the new system was done with remarkable detail. The new system looked as if it was installed during the original construction. Everything neatly installed, all seams sealed with material similar to fiberglass work, not tape. The new installers even thought of future repair personnel if so needed to secure any sharp edge with protection as to not cut someone if they had the need to work on the unit down the road. I was promised a start date, (check) time, (check) and to be completed in the same day, (double check). In short we have only had the unit in for a month as of now, however, they are to return during the summer, at no charge, to check Freon level during the hot time of year to double check pressure, something I did not know needed to be done but happy it is going to happen and cannot be more satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future and will to my immediate family. GREAT JOBS GUYS AND PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO YOUR INSTALLATION CREW!!!Mitch

Our service providers from Got Flow saved us when we were in a bind. Within a couple of hours they sent out Will and Luis (2 incredibly nice gentleman). They were able to diagnose and repair our issue and resolved it very quickly with complete professionalism. They set us up with a great service and we now know who we will call for any plumbing emergency. Got Flow is a clean, efficient, and professional company. Would highly recommend.

I just wanted to say how polite & knowledgeable Jonathan Clark was. I just so happened to be shopping for a water heater @ Home Depot; Jonathan educated me about different control valves and tank qualities from multiple manufacturers. And that I should hire a licensed plumber to ensure the overall reliability of my plumbing system isn’t compromised.

Great service, very professional. Same day, unclogged our kitchen sink and had us up and r up nning in no time. My only issue is their google ad for $59 was not correct. This is their diagnostic fee. I did ask about this before I scheduled the service .

I found this company on a group through Houston Association of Realtors. They answered the phone immediately and showed up on time with a quick and easy fix after trying to pin down three other companies for 10 days. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the service or the end result.

They tried to unclog a drain. The snake broke, but then they said that they could not unclog it. I paid them and said if I call another company and they get it unclogged I expect a refund. The next day another Company came out and unclogged it in 10 minutes. They've been completely non-responsive to my request for a refund.Update: It's been a month since their reply apologizing and vowing to make it right. I have sent numerous e-mails to them and got a reply that they tried to call (which they didn't) and I still have not received a refund. They have my credit card info and wouldn't need to speak with me to issue a refund anyway. Several e-mails went unanswered.

Got Flow got to me as soon as they could considering it’s the height of air conditioning season. Jose was being trained by John I believe.. FYI Jose is a gem. Very respectful and and patient with all my questions. Even though these guys were working outside in the heat, they were very professional looking in their clean uniforms and their names prominently displayed so there was no doubt they were who they said they were. After having a terrible and failed experience with Lowe’s and not having a working kitchen sink for two weeks, I finally called Got Flow to get my kitchen faucet installed. After being put off by Lowe’s multiple times, Got Flow was able to get me in same day! Michael was our technician and he was amazing! At first we weren’t going to do the job because we couldn’t afford it but he made an effort to contact his boss to work on the price for us. We were able to come to an agreement and he got the job done no hassles! I 100% recommend Got Flow to anyone! They were so awesome!

It was only Joey’s second day as he was knowledgeable and professional.The disposal was a bit on the pricey side. I was hoping we could repair it, but it wasn't possible. They installed it quickly and cleanly. They were nice enough to match the coupon which I forgot to mention when I ordered the service. I recommend that if you have one to mention in advance.

During a time where plumbers were working through a high demand time, this company went above the standard and worked us into their schedule. On a Sunday, when no one else was available or willing or even able to work us in. The plumber arrived, identified the issue, and discounted the price; because it was a simple fix. That’s an upstanding action, as I’m hearing of friends and co-workers being charged astronomical prices due to the demand of plumbers. A trusting and honest company is rare in these times! Clearly if you don't Got Flow .. you got problems. With the recent Texas disaster, I called every plumber on Google. Chris with Got Flow was the ONLY plumber that stayed in contact, gave me a timeline and stuck with the timeline. Chris and Julian, came in did the work in a very short time frame and were very professional. He quoted me over the phone and didn't tinker with the prices. A lot of the bigger names for plumbing gave me the run around, Chris was the first one to come with a solution and earned a customer in the process. I highly recommend his services.

Honestly SUPER Trustworthy company. I initially contacted them replace and install a new water heater due to bad smell in hot water. They arrived on time, they wore a mask and shoes covering, before going inside my apartment(recently purchased). They did a quick assessment on exciting water heater, they found out it was install within the last 2 years. They gave me several option to consider before replacing it and they advised me as a first step to do a water heater flush to resolve the bad smell in hot water. We took their advise and it appears the problem is solved. During appointment scheduling, I mentioned a bathtub hot water issue and he stated valve might need a small adjustment. They fixed that valve as a courtesy, no extra charges for it.This company is very reliable and professional. They explained the process step by step. Chris and Josh were super knowledgeable.There are not to many honest companies around, but I can tell you GOT FLOW it is honest. They could easily charged me for installing a new water heater when the existing one was almost new.Im glad to found GOT FLOW SERVICES, they will be my plumbing and AC company from now on.Thanks for been a proffessional, reliable and honest company.

This company was very responsive to repair a sewer line that was damaged by a Contractor who did not respond to the damage they did to my property. This was a really big job, I have never been through this and they tried very hard to get me back to functioning with sanitary service.
