I can't recommend Copper Plumbing enough!!! They absolutely rocked it for us today at my mother's house. We brought my mom's dogs back to her house today in preparation for her discharge from the hospital only to find a big water spot on the ceiling and wet carpet due to a clogged AC drain line. Cooper's representative David and his coworker arrived in 15 minutes, quickly diagnosed, and resolved the problem.

They came out and gave us an extensive review of what we needed fixed. Very courteous and respectful. Very understanding.

I placed a call to GEI Plumbing Services. Saturday evening where I got a live person and not voicemail. An appointment was immediately made for Monday at 8:00 a.m. where Evan and his associate came over and gave me a quote. After agreeing, a crew of two men came over an hour later and commenced the job. I've to say these guys and their service was phenomenal. I'd like to thank Evan and his associate for a job well done - and fast. Evan - you are the best!

Bluefrog plumbing were great. CJ was friendly knowledgeable and honest. The owner Chris was even assisting out in the field with the plumbers during the winter freeze. Bluefrog will actually follow-up and make sure you are satisfied with the work.

I am very pleased with my service from Wedgeworth Plumbing. The service man, Rex, was very thorough and professional. He examined the problem, quoted me a price, and got the job done in a timely manner. He was very conscientious about cleaning the area throughout the process. I had tried a cheaper plumber, but he did not solve the problem and did not return to fix the problem after several calls. Although this service cost more, the problem was fixed and warrantied for 25 months. It would have cost me less if I had gone with a professional from the start. I have learned my lesson, and will call Wedgeworth Plumbling again for any future plumbing problems.

Two very good Gentle installed my water heater . Very respectful answer all of my Question clean up behind themself. So if you want good a professional service look them up. Also the price is good compare to most.

I had a great experience with Blue Frog. They came out after my pipes burst during the freeze and fixed my leak. Little things with customer service made a big impression. CJ came out, identified the problem, and fixed it really quick. He even showed me and explained what he was doing. I would highly recommend them!

Luke was excellent he was nice and considerate. He let me explain to him what was going on and then he did his own synopsis of what was wrong with my drain. HE WAS CORRECT!! Not only did he fix the problem he made sure everything else was working accordingly in the other rooms(kitchen, toliet, bathroom sink) also he cleaned up after himself very well. I highly recommend him. GREAT JOB LUKE! And my shower drain is working like new

Money grab.Our home was hit by the tornado that came through our community they were more concerned about charging a diagnostic charge than giving a quote so we could submit it to the insurance company. Making matters worse, I requested an appointment on their website, three days later called them and they made it a point pay us first then we will talk quote.Sad way to do business.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

We had JMP come out and they said it would be $15,000.00 without listening to my husband explaining to them what he felt the problem was. Micah and Curtis told us what they thought the problem was and it was the same thing my husband was telling John MP. Before we knew it our problem was taken care of and it cost less them $250.00. At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.
