Easy to schedule, they give you an accurate arrival range time, call when they are on the way, and most importantly show up. They do good work and are extremely reasonable price wise. Luke was excellent he was nice and considerate. He let me explain to him what was going on and then he did his own synopsis of what was wrong with my drain. HE WAS CORRECT!! Not only did he fix the problem he made sure everything else was working accordingly in the other rooms(kitchen, toliet, bathroom sink) also he cleaned up after himself very well. I highly recommend him. GREAT JOB LUKE! And my shower drain is working like new

at 7:00 PM I had a plumbing issue that had us without water for the evening if I couldn't get a plumber her quickly. All Around Plumbing was here at 9:00 and they knocked out the job promptly. After many issues following a HUGE replacement of plumbing lines under our house with Abacus, Jason Wells came today to fix our toilets. His professionalism was superb! He documented our job extremely well and went over everything with us using his pictures. We remain confident that his redo will now eradicate our issues.While I am still not happy with the lack of communication/follow-up throughout the last month and a half following the completion of our HUGE job, I can say that several people did their best to resolve the issue and I firmly believe that Frank Eisterhold will bring the shortfall to the attention of upper management.Abacus does need to keep in mind that timely communication to resolve issues is the key to keeping your customers happy and the key to making your business flourish. No customer wants to feel that they were just sold a job because issues arising from that job were not important enough to communicate on a timely basis.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.
