This company was great. I made a call on a Sunday for an appointment the following day, and they were very punctual. The plumber (Eduardo) showed up, diagnosed the problem, instantly purchased the part necessary, came back and then fixed my toilet. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give them more stars I would. Amazing service, response, and professionalism. We had a problem caused by a leak in the sewage main (resulting in a sink hole) , creating a belly in our outgoing line. Within a day of requesting the service they had the line replaced and the yard looked much better than I imagined it would. There was some leftover residue from the line being backed up that was still causing a problem but Rex came out the next day and fixed it free of charge. I will be recommending them to anyone that asks about a plumber.

We used a couple of other plumbers in the area over the past years, but I never felt like I got a good deal or a fair deal. So, when our sprinkler system main pipe started leaking, I let my yard guys take a whack at it. It still leaked and it was getting to the point that it was completely out of code. My wife called Blue Frog and I expected the same service as the other vendors in the past, but this time was different. They came over to just give me a quote, and they explained it all to me, what needed to be done, and gave me options. We let them replace the entire piece and they even wrapped our pipes for winter when they were done. I left feeling like I had a new plumber and I got a fair deal out of it. It’s like your AC or your car; you tend to be over a barrel it seems when it comes to these issues, and it is nice to see that there are companies out there that are honest.

I highly recommend Houston Plumbing Services. Leonard fixed my water heater, dishwasher, sink and washer connections that the previous plumber had messed up. He was on time, very polite, cleaned up after himself and most of all, performed quality work. His rates are affordable and he stands by his work. A few months later I called him in a panic because my roofers had not connected the roof vent pipe to the water heater and couldn't come out for almost a week, even though carbon monoxide was leaking into my attic. Leonard came out within 24 hours and fixed it, leaving me with peace of mind.

Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.

Needed complete new pipe installation.Didn't have a regular plumbing service provider. Looked up plumbers in my area.First on the list Pilix Plumbing (5 Star Rating). Called in and got Jose who took my information and said someone would be there the next day to give me a quote.Long story short Jose, Brian, and companydid installation plus fixed my kitchen sink and I was totally blown away by the professional caliber of service. Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

They charged me $200, and all the tech did, was run a hand held plumbing snake down the drain for 5 minutes. Then without looking at the pipes behind the wall or using a camera to see inside the pipe, he told me that I need a $5000.00 repair. I then went to home depot bought my own drain auger and draino, got the water flowing for $40.00, and haven't had any problems in 2 months. The technician was very nice, but it seems like he was only interested in selling me a repipe service, he probably gets commission. He was at my house for about 30 minutes and 25 of those minutes were just him trying to sell me a house repipe service, he tried offering discounts, warranties, financing even a free new toilet w/installation. And all I wanted was to fix a slow drain.

Derrick was the best person to come out to my home for my repairs. Great price for the work. He went over and beyond his duty to make me a complete and satisfied customer.
