Because not only is it unprofessional but shocking My sister had her infants in the car.The driver of this truck was honking and throwing up threatening hand signals “cutting neck” to her today on 45N heading towards 45S.*driver was a while maleDO NOT USE THEM- BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY HIRES PEOPLE THAT THREATEN INDIVIDUALS ON THE ROAD. I had an after hours emergency (busted pipe)I felt like each person that I spoke with cared about my situaton and wanted to help me. A tech arrived even quicker than expected. Turns out the pipe replacement would be a 'two man job' but he did a temp fix so we could have running water and needed to schedule to come back with another tech to complete the work. He was flexible with time/date to work around our schedule. I was nervous about cost too since this is a bigger company and the after hours service but the price was very reasonable. Overall great expierence, will definitely keep that magnet on my fridge for future use.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

He went straight to work on our kitchen connection blockage and repaired our dishwasher that had been inoperable for three months after Houston’s Big Freeze. He explained patiently what caused the problem and how to further protect our drinking water. Fair, honest, competent licensed plumbers are rare. He is a gem we highly recommend!

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.
