Literally A + customer service! I was blown away by the level of service. Everything from start to finish was flawless. I called Nick's Plumbing after receiving an initial bid to replace my drainage and sewage pipes from a competitor assigned by my homeowners's insurance plan. They (Ron) came out, assessed, offered an initial bid. MATCHED the first bid, and once the work began it was as if they were taking care of their own house. While there was a lot of work it was organized and clean communication to me as the homeowner was top notch and I knew what was going on during each phase of the project. Once the job was completed and after it was known that some of my grass would be destroyed on the lawn the grass was replaced he team came back after the job was completed and after I had left town to ensure that the new grass was watered. I would recommend this team to anyone!

I called GEI plumber to help me out with a plugged main drain. My house was built in 72 and doesn't have a clean out in the backyard. They quoted me half the price of ARS and were here working on my plug in less than two hours. They were professional and quick in fixing my plug. I highly recommend them.

Contacted Loren for a second opinion after a large company gave me a huge quote for work I simply HAD to do that day. I was expecting the worst so he could have taken me for a ride, but he told me I didn't need to get any work done at all, walked me through his reasoning in a way I understood, answered all my questions, and didn't even charge me for his time.Extremely honest and trustworthy, I highly recommend their services.

I was in need of plumbing services right away and Blue Frog was available and came out that morning. They were reasonably priced, very professional and took care of my problem right away. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Dear owner since your also a liar post the video of me asking for money. I am calling you out on your lies. I want the video to take to the police. You can also talk to the petsmart employee who was helping a customer to their car who saw it all. Very disappointing an owner would lie.This man decided he was not going to pay attention to pedestrians, almost hitting the lady in the picture then opened his door to start shouting at the pedestrians to use a different area to cross as well as calling people obscene names and telling them to go back to their country very unprofessional. I hope anyone reading this sees what kind of employees they have at this company. Many other places with professional employees to choose from.

Dan Darrow is our top rated HVAC specialist at Abacus, and we always ask for him to be assigned as our service rep whenever we need our two yearly inspections and any additional services which are required in between. His knowledge, professionalism, and very outgoing personality are just three of the main reasons we always count on Dan!!2-17-2021:Once again, we can’t find words which will adequately praise this fine man and extremely knowledgeable specialist. The surges leading up to the power outage on Monday knocked out something inside our furnace. Despite having a built in home generator, we had no heat until Dan arrived around noon today——it was 46 degrees on the first floor of our home when he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had it resolved, and for the first time in days we could start shedding heavy jackets and knit hats to just sit in our home and be working. The best of wishes for only good health and much happiness, always, for Dan and his family.1-3-2023Our AMP electrical inspection was performed by Bradford Purser, with whom we were extremely impressed!! Knowledgeable, confident, articulate and very much focused on customer service and satisfaction. He explained a few different things to us, making sure that we understood the information and knew how to proceed going forward. He is a true asset to Abacus and is top on our list in this department.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

I am very happy with their work. Leonard arrived on time, very responsible and detailed work. I will definitely recommend them!
