I hired Nick's Plumbing services to fix a water heater that wasn't running and I must say they had a very good technician team to come out. Ethan was the technician that came out as scheduled, looked at the machine and immediately took action to look for the issue. I'm a big DIY so when he described the problem and his recommendation, I believed it was something I could do myself (which I fixed successfully). He took down all the necessary information of the heater and even contacted their support team to confirm what he believed the issue was and then proceeded to describe any further possible issues if the first solution was no resolved. This was the first company I called based off the reviews and I'm glad I did because they were reasonably priced and very knowledgable. Thank you!

GEI Plumbing Services of Houston team helped us replace our drains about a year ago. Recently we were worried that perhaps we were having some drain issues again and called GEI Plumbing Services of Houston. They responded within the day and got a plumber out immediately to help us investigate the issue. It ended up being nothing and everything was resolved. All in the Family Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing services I have ever used in 30 years time! They did a re pipe job in the master bathroom. They are quick, efficient, honest, friendly, respectful of you and your home. Left the work area clean! AND prices are very reasonable. Mark was so kind and so knowledgeable. Donna is on top of things and gets back to you in a matter of minutes! Because they are so good, they are in high demand...it could take a few days to get on their schedule....but worth the wait!

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. Can not recommend the team at TDT highly enough! We had a drain line collapse in an old building, Keith and the crew from TDT came out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and replaced the entire collapsed section. They were professional, responsive, and did high quality work for a very fair price. Will definitely be using them again in the future. If you are looking for honest old school work at a fair price you can't go wrong with TDT.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.
