I had Cooper Plumbing replace the ball value on the main line coming into the house, as the old one the handle had rusted. They were quick and very professional. While I thought they were a litte pricey, the work quailty was excellent and I would use them again.

I scheduled to have work done at my house from 10 - 12. THEY called me at 1130 to push back to 1pm. But at 2pm I had not heard from them. I had to call them back at 2:45 to cancel and to inform them they did not show up. Not a sorry, OH how can help, nothing. Even a, would you like to reschedule would be nice. No Just a ok what's your address! Sorry Nicks plumbing for I will not be returning.

I was impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Blue Frog. My aged water heater started making rumbling sounds from over a decade of sediment build-up. Blue Frog assessed the situation and determined that while my unit was old, it was still in good shape without a need for immediate replacement. When (not if) I need to replace the unit I will be calling Blue Frog. I'm also keeping their number handy for any other repairs. Thanks for the honest work, CJ!

Ben and his crew from Texas Premier Plumbing did an exceptional job re-piping our sewer drain lines and replacing our interior galvanized pipes with PEX. Ben explained each step of the process, what needed to be fixed, and recorded and showed my husband and I live footage of breaks in our pipes. He provided cost effective solutions and promptly scheduled the appointment. Each phase of the repair was explained and fully completed in 2 weeks. We had tunneling underneath and on the side of our home and the crew preserved our lawn and dirt was packed nicely that we could barely tell there was a substantial repair. The interior crew was very clean and professional and protected our flooring at all times. Each call, text, and question was answered in a polite and prompt way. We highly recommend this company.

Called on a Saturday morning and they were out within a few hours. I lost power to half of my house. The technician (Ricardo) came out and after a through inspection found what was wrong and how to fix it. I was given options and prices on what my house needed as far as electrical work. I feel he was honest and fair.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. This is the first time I have hired this company, and I will hire them for all future work. I needed to replace the main shutoff valve and replace an outside hose bib. Leonard Papa did great work, including covering up the access hole. Best of all, he was very reasonably priced and I felt good about the value I got for my money. Highly recommend this company!!!
