Junior and Jason installed my whole house Aquasana water system and a shower head in my bath. They were very professional and did a great job. I used TPP in the past to re-pipe my entire house. They also found the sewer outlet from my house to the street which even the City couldn't find. They are on time and keep in touch. I do recommend this company.

Excellent Service! I was faced with a sewar/plumbing repair where I had a serious clog that turned out to be a break in the sewar line. I knew that if I called the big plumbing companies who advertise non stop on TV-- I was going to be faced with a big invoice (someone has to pay for the TV ads). I did some research and found All Around Plumbing. Extremely punctual response and very professional. That did what they said when they said at the price that was quoted. I called to schedule an appointment for a quote to repipe my house and was given a time window from 9am-6pm. After waiting all day for somebody to show up and wasting an entire Saturday, I received a text at 5pm stating that they would not be able to make the 9 hour window but would be there when they could. When I called to cancel the appointment, they did not even attempt to reschedule, just OK, your appointment is canceled. So apparently, they did not need my business.Update: I received a call from abacus and was asked to reschedule my appointment and give them a second chance. I said as long as I didn't get another 9 hour window, I would give them another try. In order to work around my job, I was told a tech would call me at 5pm with his ETA (no more than 30-45 minutes.) The tech called me at 5:49 to let me know he was 20 minutes away. He arrived at my house at 6:10 and left at 6:12. When he arrived he asked What are we doing? as if he had no clue why he was at my house. When I told him I wanted a quote to repipe, he asked if I was getting other quotes. I told him I was and he said I'm going to tell you right now, we are going to be the most expensive. I'm assuming this is a 2 bath? We start off at $24,000. You could tell that he did not have the we need all the business we can get attitude the guy on the phone had. I'm pretty sure I dodged a bullet not hiring this company.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

We had an outside pipe break during the recent winter storm. We started calling plumbers on Wednesday in hope of getting someone out the following week. TDT actually answered our call and indicated they would have a technician call us Friday. We were so excited but still a bit doubtful so continued to make calls and we were put on wait lists. TDT called first thing Friday morning to advise someone would be out before noon and they were. The part for our repair was not on their truck so they went back to their office to get the part and made the repair. AMAZING.We will never use another plumber.

We were having an issue with the 40 year old valve on the water main into the house. I called my usual guy, and he didn't return two phone calls or respond to a text. A friend of mine then recommended David Hicks. They answered the phone, and promptly sent a guy out to diagnose the problem. Ian was knowledgeable and super friendly. He took his time, carefully and fully explained all the options, and came back the next day to install a new valve. He did excellent work, insulated the pipe, and cleaned up the work site.The guy that used to do my work will not get the next call. David Hicks Plumbing will get the work.

We had our faucet replaced and we love the finished product. Everything was taken care of quickly and neatly. Definitely recommend!!!!
