Quick response! Wasn't an emergency, but somewhat urgent drain cleaning issue. They were able to book same day and the crew that showed up were friendly and eager to resolve the issue. Pricing within range of other plumbing companies that were contacted but were not available same day.

I signed a service agreement with Nick's Plumbing, and they never contacted me back about service. Additionally, I called (spoke to reception) and separately filled out a contact form about performing additional installations. I was never contacted back on either. For some reason they just don't like business. I cannot get them to take my money.

Kitchen sink was starting to back up, so they ran a snake thorough the outside drain and they were able to remove the clog.

Doug, was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He solved our tankless water problem and gave us other advise as to how to avoid problems in the future. We now have our GO TO PLUMBER. I would whole heartedly recommend Blue Frog to anyone needing plumbing repair.

Before calling Wedgeworth Plumbing, I had two other plumbers tell me that clearing my slow-drain tub would require costly work. Specifically, I was told I would need to install a clean-out access, which would take 2 or 3 days. Wedgeworth sent 2 plumbers, who recommended taking a simpler approach, after explaining the pros and cons. They worked on running a line to clear the blockage and within half an hour had cleared the drain. Their bill matched the estimate I was given before they started the work and was very reasonable. Also, they were very professional, arrived on time, and sent appointment reminders. I will highly recommend them to every family member or friend that needs a plumber!

After having a BAD experience with Mercy Plumbing, my friend gave me the name of All in the Family. They came out, fixed my problem, confirmed what I thought, that Mercy was going to show me NO MERCY, and charged less for cleaning out ALL drain lines than Mercy did for the kitchen sink clog. They should be voted Best in Texas.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

First of all I want to be honest and say that I sincerely had waited for my anger to dissipate and gave an opportunity to think over everything. Unfortunately, there is nothing can be done to relieve my complete and irreversible disappointment and frustration of the Abacus company and its rules or/and policies. Our house has a problem with furnace and its parts and apparently since it’s very old it couldn’t be fixed or parts do not exist anymore- very old like I said. So, the person came , spent 15 minutes looking at it and proclaimed that the broken part of furnace cannot be replaced or repaired -the only solution is to remove it and put a new one ( new furnace)The cost he gave us was overpriced beyond my understanding. To put more oil in the fire,he charged diagnostic fee of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS 200.00$ just for looking at the old furnace. Let me be clear here : this is rip off!!! Abacus and those who make those prices : you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! We are just simple and we are hard working people, you come to our houses and without any ethical difficulties just like that charge an astronomical amount. Now, I want to make sure you don’t give anybody surprise fees like you did to my family just for showing up and observation and I surely spread the word about how you do your business in the community.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.
