I called Nick's Plumbing bc they have been great at diagnosing minor plumbing problems in the past hoping they could help with our late night bathroom flooding that left us without water service. They arrived the next day on time! and plumber Willie Johnson quickly discovered where the busted pipe was hiding and was able to piece together new copper line/pipe/valve/hose from parts in his well stocked truck. He worked many long hours in and out of the rain long after closing! to make sure we had water asap. After this stressful experience with a guest in the house I am beyond confident of this company and their employees to deliver quality work for their customers

Evan and his crew replaced the water line from the street into the house and from the water main through the ceiling to the water heater. Evan answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help me understand the scope of the work and figured out a way to minimize cost and repairs. He was exceptionally decent, hard working and his crew did an excellent job - I wish I would've called him years ago! When my mother needed a plumber we contacted Evan again and she was completely pleased with both his work and courteous service. It's not often to see such admirable work ethic these days. I am 100% delighted with the work done.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. I had my townhouse's main shutoff valve stuck/broken. These guys sent Mr. Niles very shortly after i called. He was everything you wish for when you are looking for a professional at those times.I sat there watched him work. The dude was the biggest pro you can find. I say this as a very handy person myself.The dude was super honest. Charged me ONLY for the time he worked. No games no over charges. He did a job that would take most other plumbers twice the time at least.These people are the kind of honest knowledgeable fast pros you think dont exist anymore.Well they do exist and Mr. Niles was exactly that.Call them and ask if they can send Mr. Niles. Dont think twice. Really.You'll be happy you did.
