Following a partial home power failure including our AC and stove on a Sunday, Paul Richard Electric responded to my request for an emergency appointment (note: other businesses had a vm on a Sunday). Paul came as scheduled and diagnosed the situation, called CenterPoint Energy for us, laid out the potential scenarios and options. Paul's commitment to helping us, providing detail cost alternatives and understanding of the entire electrical design (from transformer to unit) was spot-on.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Chris and Oscar are genuinely two great guys. They’re hard working electricians and provided the best customer service I have experienced. Chris answered all of our questions regarding the back up generator setup and provided additional info to help us have piece of mind with the work he was going to complete. He’s very knowledgeable about electrical stuff and maintained communication throughout the whole project. Oscar and Chris patiently walked us through a power outage scenario(literally step by step, from turning on the generator, to flipping the switch, then turning the generator back off). The price and warranty were very reasonable and they stand by their work. I’m relieved to have had this work done because Hurricane season is upon us. I can’t thank Chris and Oscar enough for completing this so quickly.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Called for a quote on replacing 1 faulty breaker they put in 4 years ago. $125 trip fee plus $125 for labor plus the breaker. Very expensive.

These guys were prompt and courteous. They worked around my schedule and were here the day after I called. They were very knowledgeable and solved my problem quickly and effectively. Their rates were fair and reasonable. Highly recommend West Houston Electric.

This company is a JOKE. They work at my house without pulling a permit, even though they promised me that they will go the city and pull one. They work and perform a lot of work without city inspections.Once I told Edgar that's not right. He got offended and ask me to pay him the remaining balance and told me he is not going to finish the job.I called another company which they pulled a permit and a brought a city inspector, and had to fix a lot of things that Dynamic Electric did.Not happy at all.

This company is exceptional! They are polite, professional, honest and do excellent work. I was extremely impressed. It is very difficult to find a business that operates with integrity. Lutz Electrical Contracting does just that. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. I almost never leave reviews, but I felt, after my experience with them, that I must. I want other people to know that there is an electrical contracting company out there that treats their customers respectfully, fairly as well as provides a highly skilled service.
