I would recommended Cooper Plumbing to friends and family without any hesitation whatsoever, whatever the situation may be. They went above and beyond to communicate the results of my plumbing inspection with myself and my realtor. I asked them to come inspect the plumbing on a house that I was in the process of purchasing. Time was of the essence and they operated with the sense of urgency that I needed and was looking for. Contacted them late Friday night. They gave me a 10 o’clock am next-day appt. On time, professional, excellent customer service and very courteous. More expensive than some others, but this is the second time I have called them and there is something to be said for consistent, dependable quality work. These guys know what they are doing. They are the Starbucks of plumbing. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with these folks. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and very quick with the work. In my experience, larger companies have crazy overhead and charge you unreasonable amounts for minor work - these guys did a great job at a fair price.Work done:- Remove and haul off old toilet, install new toilet.- Repair leaking sprayer diverter on roman style tub- Repair malfunctioning water faucet on tub- Replace water supply lines & shut-off valves to a bar sink and replace the faucet.

When I called to schedule my appointment Erika was amazing! She was polite, efficient and we were able to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. I highly recommend this company!

Mr Vasquez was professional and very helpful while explaining what needed to be done..I most appreciated the time it took to come out and repair our damaged sink..

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

Houston Plumbing Services is top notch. We have had our fair share of issues and Houston Plumbing is by far the best company we have worked with and will continue to use going forward. They have been knowledgeable, timely, and have honest pricing. Each time they have arrived prepared and stay until the job is done. They have found and fixed multiple gas leaks and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. My only regret was not finding this company earlier when we had to replace the existing cast iron plumbing. I highly recommend this company.
