Very pleased with the communication and repairs

I am beyond words how impressed I am with Nick’s Plumbing. My technicians, Leo and Sergio, arrived on time and even sent a text notifying me they were on their way. The text gave a well-written bio that not only included Leo’s professional background and experience but also provided details about Leo’s family and his personality. I liked Leo before I even met him.My home was built in 1957, so my plumbing issue was a bit complicated. It took the outstanding customer service of Nick’s Operations Manager, John, who spent almost 30 minutes with me by phone patiently listening and asking technical questions to help him analyze why the work of a previous plumber wasn’t able to resolve my issue. It was John’s patience and Leo’s expertise and determination that finally resolved my more complex plumbing problem. Leo and Sergio were professional and informative. Their work was neat and tidy; they even wore shoe coverings to protect my floors. I will never call any other plumbing company other than Nick’s for future service calls. Absolutely outstanding!

Very unprofessional company. The foreman (Guy) states one thing regarding prices and services but has selective memory. Charges change day by day. The workers are very sloppy. The workers do not clean their messes nor leave your residence in the orderly manner it may have been before the repair work. The old sewer pipes were left in the corner of my yard-when I asked if the were responsible for removing and disposing they stated no-they are not responsible. (the pipes are too heavy for me to remove). This company should be rated F! One thing they have no problem with is getting your money. I do Not recommend them.-

After getting 2 other estimates to repipe our home I decided to go with Ben and Leo with Texas premier plumbing. They work hard for 2 days and got the job done. I’m very happy with their customer service and professionalism. Very happy to recommend them.

Cristian was awesome! He was prompt and the job was done excellently and efficiently. He fixed a leaking PVC valve on the water shut off to my house. Just plain great service all around! Would definitely recommend Acacias Plumbing again!

I called for a leaking water heater. The response was very fast. Robert arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me his professional opinion and explained all options that I could choose from. He asked me several times if I had any questions but, he did such a great job explaining everything, that I had no questions. Even though I hated to spend the money, using Abacus Plumbing and dealing with Robert made the experience less painful. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

Called them with an issue that another company quoted me $500.00 for! That's not even including other fees! They were there for about 5 mins.Called H.P.S.and told them the issue and I spoke with Eda, who was very polite and accommodating and she quoted me $250.00 out the door. She sent two employees by the names of Leonard and Marcos out who were also very polite and efficient. They came out, fix the issue and even stayed to make sure everything was working in order after.Great pricing and even better service. Will be calling for all my plumbing needs from now on! T.Y!

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.
