So happy with Jeremiah from Cooper plumbing. We had a leak in the attic and it caused some damage. He came out immediately when I called, fixed the leak for a reasonable price and even referred me to a restoration company that could help clean up the mess the leak made. I will use them again. Honest, fast and reliable. They are everything you would want in a plumber. Very happy.

Get multiple estimates! My wife called Nicks Plumbing to repair a gas leak in the line going to an outdoor kitchen. The technician, David Guerra came out and said the entire line needed to be replaced. He stated that there could be multiple leaks and that could pose a danger if left unchecked. He quoted a total cost of over $5,800 to complete the job. We reluctantly agreed and the job was completed in about 6 hours. After the fact, feeling that their quote was high I called 3 separate plumbers to obtain a quote on what they would charge for an identical job that Nicks did for us. The quotes ranged from $1,500 to $1,900. We were overcharged. We paid a company $966/hour to dig a 60ft. ditch and lay some pipe. To make matters worse, they never called 811 to have the utility company mark my utility lines and the workers cut though just about every cable/internet/outdoor lighting line that was in their path. This was most likely because we had agreed to have the job done and they wanted to start immediately before we may come to our senses that their quote was outrageously high. We take full responsibility however- we were in a rush, felt that there was a danger to the property due to the leak and agreed on the price. When I called Nick's to voice my complaint, they agreed to give me a 10% discount off the original estimate which is still 2.5X what I should have paid.

We found GEI Plumbing Services online, and called them because we had a terrible clog in our bathroom. Literally, within minutes a specialist was at our door with the appropriated tools for the job. The job was fixed in 10 minutes, along with another small job that he decided to fix of his own free will. Price for the work was extremely reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend GEI Plumbing Services for any and all plumbing needs.

James at Wedgeworth Plumbing arrived on time -- actually they called because he was done earlier at his previous job to okay an early arrival. He was informative, efficient and thorough. He replaced my toilet, shower head, tub faucet and my kitchen sink tap unit. He additionally unclogged the taps in my bathroom and kitchen sink as an added bonus restoring my water pressure. He was very courteous and conscientious in his demeanor and work ethic. I feel like my house is much more functional and now enjoy washing dishes (more than not).

I recently had a tankless water installed and had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved when I called All in the Family Plumbing. Donna was very nice and was quick to help me get a time scheduled. Her son came out and was quick to identify and resolve the issue. Both visits were minor things that did not require any parts or labor. I was expecting to be charged at least a trip charge, but they would not accept anything for payment, except a bottle of cold water. It's very hard to find exceptional service like this these days...and at a TRULY affordable price. I'm confident if something does go seriously wrong with my plumbing these guys will take care of me without breaking the bank. Thank you for the exceptional service! A handyman friend recently asked how old was my water heater. When I replied it was 21-22 years old, he advised that it was WAY past time to replace it. If left as is, there was a chance of leaks and subsequent water damage to the house. Fortunately, I was able to connect with a live person from Houston Plumbing Services who responded to my tale of sad neglect and within the week they delivered a new water heater and replaced the old one. Micah and Jack came out within a couple hours of calling the office and worked quickly to clean out a blockage from our sewer line. They also confirmed the other lines under the house and to the CoH main line were clear. Very pleased with the courteous service.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.
