Best Water Main Line Repair in Atlanta GA

Delta Plumbing installed a new clean out outside our home two weeks ago that was supposed to solve our plumbing problems. This week we ended up with the beginning of the same problem all over again.Delta sent Scott Todd and his apprentice out the next morning and they reviewed the work that the previous Delta plumber had done. All was good. The issue this week is not related to the clean out and the work we had done two weeks ago, and yet Scott Todd told us there would be no service charge. TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, AWESOME SERVICE. THANK YOU SCOTT TODD & DELTA PLUMBING!!

I recently moved into a old rental house where the plumbing has been suspect from day one. So of course a day after Thanksgiving the basement toilet began to overflow with sewage while my children were taking showers. Part of the basement area was covered with nasty toilet water. My husband tried calling the rental agency to no avail. I guess emergency plumbing issues don’t get handled over the weekend/holidays. But that is a separate review in the making.Instead of waiting until Monday I decided to call Roto-Rooter. The service was great from the beginning to the end. Our technician (Cody Sorel) was friendly, a great listener, knowledgeable, observant, and professional. He not only took care of our problem he restored my slightly battered holiday spirit. A little note on his observance-Cody noticed that my 3 kids collect Pokémon cards. Before he began work he gave them each a card! They were super excited and I really appreciate his thoughtfulness. I hope that Roto-Rooter takes good care of him the way he cared for us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company did a good job installing my Glacier bay toilet. They also roughed in a bathroom in my basement!

Called on a Friday because of a leak in my crawl space and they were able to come out the next morning. Tim Robinson and Brandon Spradlin were extremely professional and isolated the issue right away. Unfortunately old oak tree roots have been bursting pipes in my neighborhood and mine finally fell victim. Kris and an apprentice came out to assess the issue and ended up running a new line. They started a couple days before all the frozen pipes burst around Atlanta on 12/24. They worked through the freezing cold and worked nonstop to help plenty others as well. They even had some of my neighbors coming up and begging them to come to their homes next due to freezing pipes that had burst. My pipes got fixed in a few days but the project took longer to complete (insulation, putting walls back together and covering pipes underground) due to the craziness that happened over Christmas Eve. Through it all, Kris was very communicative and professional which I greatly appreciated. It’s never fun to have a major plumbing issue but if/when you do, Kris is the guy!

I called M. Cary & Daughters to see if they could fix a kitchen disposal problem day-of. The friendly lady on the phone initially said they were booked solid and wouldn't be able to come out, but she didn't stop there. She asked me to describe my problem in full, and walked me through how to fix it myself over the phone. I was FLOORED! Rather than pay a fee for someone to come out to my house to simply press a button, this company helped me do it myself, free of charge. I'll definitely be calling M. Cary & Daughters the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
