Josh was a life-saver. We had a frozen pipe burst on Christmas day (like a lot of people I'm guessing) and could not stop the water. We spent a ton of time looking for a plumber to help us find the house shut-off and we couldn't find it anywhere. Finally we got a call from Josh and while he couldn't send us someone right away, he talked us through the problem like the tower helping a passenger land the plane. He went on Google Maps satellite view to identify exactly where our city shut-off was and directed us right to it and then gave us clear steps for what to do to fix the problem ourselves until they could get to us. He stayed with us until we knew we had it handled and then gave us his number to call if we needed any more help. It felt like a Christmas miracle. Thanks so much Josh!

The technician who performed the maintenance and installation of the smart thermostat is very knowledgeable about the carrier products and the Estes company. He arrived in a timely manner and in this stage of COVID was dressed appropriately showing respect for the clients. The HVAC is running better than ever.

This company is great!! I mainly spoke with Stephen over the phone and he was very understanding about our situation. I needed someone to come out the same day, and he said he would do what he could. I got a text informing me of an appointment and that Anthony would be there.

I read some reviews previously about Anthony, and everyone is right! He's GREAT! He is very professional and while my kids were screaming and making so much noise, he kept calm almost like he blocked the noise out! It was an incredible skill!

I originally called to see if it's standard to clean and sanitize the spa tub and Stephen said they could do it, but it's typically not a standard service. I liked that he was able to give me a quote, but he also confirmed that what I was doing (pouring bleach and running the jets) should be good enough as long as there weren't the typical sediment. So I asked if he could follow up in the morning, which he did.

I ended up needing to use him because there was unexpected brown spotting on the ceiling. He sent a team out and they were amazing! They didn't do anything excessive and told me options and estimates. They were very upfront about the services and costs and making sure I understood what the options were. They gave a few options that could be the problem and options to solve the problem and costs.

I really like this company and will hopefully be able to use them in the future. I will definitely refer them!

Shame on Tim Chen! He took advantage of my 86 year old landlord! He charged him $5000 to replace the old pipes for PVC. I understand this is expensive that is not the problem. The problem is he tore up the lawn on both sides of the driveway and he tore up the driveway! There is a 3 foot wide and high gravel pile which used to be the driveway. I can't even drive over it! When I asked him about the damage he states not my problem! Now my landlord has to replace the entire driveway! Karma will get you one day Tim Chen!

R.S Andrews provided excellent service. I was at work and my sister called to say there was a constant steady mist coming down from the ceiling in my garage and that it was enough to make the floor wet. Worried it could be something with the pipe, I called around for service, no one had availability until 3 or 4 days except R.S. Andrews, they scheduled service for the next day. 2 hours before their scheduled time of arrival my sister called to say water was now shooting from the water heater. Before I could call the plumbing service, my sister called back to say they had arrived. Cody Melon was professional, immediately shut the water down to the house and determined the problem was the water heater and the regulator. He had the problem resolved and the new water heater and regulator in by that night. We were only without water for 4 hours. The reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star was because of price. The total cost for water heater and regulator was $2300. Not knowing how serious the problem was and the speed of service and not knowing the cost of these things made it worth it for me, but if you have time to shop around and price I've been told it should have been half that price.

We were very pleased with our experience using Superior Plumbing. Seth was our plumber. He was able to quickly determine the cause of our plumbing issue and had all the parts on his truck to finish the job. We made the right choice in using Superior Plumbing and will contact them in the future for any additional plumbing needs.

She scheduled me an appointment quickly for evaluation. Anselmo and Jessi evaluated my current water heater, and I needed a gas powered vent installation. I think most companies would have rescheduled me, but Anselmo and Jessi ventured to Marietta and Alpharetta before they located my unit, an A.O. Smith 50 gallon gas powered vent water heater/thermal expansion tank. It was installed that day; Anselmo is a fantastic technician and Jessi made my life easier by removing the old tank and vacuumed away so that I did not have to clean.
