David and Dylan were my technicians. I called on a Saturday to get my backed up septic system fixed and they were able to come by lunch time the next day. They were helpful and answered all of my questions. It took them 7 hours to complete the work as they encountered several issues with our septic tank. But for the time and amount of work they did I felt their pricing was fair.

Vince was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. Upon arrival, he was prepared with shoe covers and a face mask. He spoke to me and my husband in terms we understood and clearly diagnosed the issue as well as shared preventative measures. I will be specifically requesting Vince should we need to call Roto-Rooter in the future!

I received a quote from another company that was just ridiculous the price was a joke. On my way home from picking up my children I saw the Reggi The Plumber truck and took a pic. Called them they to set up an appointment. They arrived early that was a plus asked some questions took a look at the problem and got to work. My children can not take a bath!!! The best part is they did not charge me a house payment to fix the issue at hand. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am keeping them that's for sure.

David and Brandon were right on time, fast, friendly and professional. They did an amazing job removing a tiled in tub from my master bathroom. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job you need done. I am already planning on hiring them again to install a water purifier!

Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.

I live in a condo that still has a lot of the original fixture from 1968 or fixtures that were not installed well. I am disabled so I have specific requirements. When I described what I wanted, i was given reassurances that the new toilet would be appropriate and I was given a price. The plumber arrived on time, did the work well and cleaned up afterwards. I now have a toilet with the correct height, low flow and the right color to match the tub and sink. It was more expensive than other plumbers, but I have no worries that everything was done correctly. I have more work to be done and I will not hesitate to call them.
