I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.

Due to a recall on a gas valve, my water heater stopped working. As soon as I texted North Atlanta Plumbing, they had someone out next day to fix the issue. Great work by very professional and personable workers!! Thank you.

50 year old galvanized main water service pipe blew out. Raymond, Jamie and Mitch from GForce brought in a horizontal drilling team and ran 80 feet of new poly 1 from the meter to the house and got us back to normal in about 8 hours. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Zero impact on our landscape (see photo).

Tim and his guys were great. As soon as we showed them the issue they got to work assessing the problem and running tests to see where the leak was coming from.

As soon as Tim found the leak he explained to us the issue, the process he recommended to fix it, and the cost upfront. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold, I was just getting exactly what I needed from an honest assessment. He checked out two other noisy toilets and within 4 hours had all my toilets and piping fixed.

I will be calling Tim for all my plumbing issues while I have a home in the Atlanta area.

I had the best experience ever with this company. My toilet backed up in the middle of the night. I called Norwood Plumbing at 1:45 am and the plumber was there by 2:30 am. He repaired my toilet and even helped me to clean up the mess.

We had a fantastic experience with Superior, who we called out to take care of some to-do’s in advance of listing my MIL’s condo. Our plumber, Zack Freeman, was an absolute delight - knowledgeable, honest, and very friendly. He did excellent work and we were beyond satisfied with his job well done. We have used Superior in the past, and will certainly use them again in the future.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
