I don’t know where to start. I have been searching for a dependable plumber for at least a month to finish the plumbing (adding fixtures, toilets, drain, turning on the water, etc.) in my basement. We all know that good help is hard to find. When I tell you that I will keep this company on speed dial, I mean that. Kenny and Z were excellent. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust what they told me, and they explained everything in detail. I requested some additional work before they left, and they told me they would be back the next day to complete it. Not only did they keep their word, but I did not have to call them; they called me. I advocate excellent customer service, and this company fits the bill. I would recommend them any day of the week for your plumbing needs. Trust me! There are still good businesses out there, doing good work and providing excellent service! On July 21st, I had Steven come out and snake my line and install a toilet. He was professional and very personable. The price he quoted was the same price when the job was complete. I would ask for him again or use Delta again when the need arises. Thanks Delta, you are the educated plumber.

I used this service for the first time last week and i have to say I'm very disappointed. My comments isn't targeting your company as a whole, but your employee. Mr.Brandon is the worst i ever came across. Charged me over $600 just to replace a shower head, left without completing the job. I called him the next day with pictures sent from my renter saying, your plumber didn't complete the job and left a $600 invoice. You replaced the head, but the water isn't coming out properly due to something below that must be tightened up. I asked him why didn't you fix it? he responded that will cost you another $200 for me to twist it back on. At this point i asked him to leave. I will never use this again.

Great job, as always. On a 1957 house with all different types of plumbing (copper, galvanized pipe, cast iron, and PVC) he stopped the leaks and fixed everything in a single day. Bravo!

Had great experience with Chen Plumbing. They were professional, friendly, worked quickly but also did a great job. I even ended up asking them about a couple of extra issues, and they were happy to take a look. Definitely recommend. I waited too long to write this review, so I forget the man's name who came, but I think it was Mike (?). He was great.

I called yesterday and made an appointment with Dave to fix a leak of my outside waterline. I let him know I would not be available the next day until 9:30 AM. Mr. Rooter left me a message that next morning stating someone was ready to come at 8:00 AM. I did not get the message until I got home at 9:30. I called Ingrid at Mr. Rooter and let her know I was home. She stated that they cancelled the call because I was not home. I let her know that Dave and me confirmed the day before that it would not happen until 9:30 or later. Ingrid confirmed that was in the notes. Ingrid said she would get back to me in a few minutes to see what they could work out. Never heard back from her. I called back about an hour later and spoke with Jersey. She spoke with her dispatcher who said the appointment had been cancelled and I would have to reschedule. I told Jersey that it was not her fault but just to forget it and I would contact a more organized company.I was in the process of contacting Neighborly when Jersey called back and said Jay was on his way.Jay was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Jay.But I do take issue with the charge of $896. For a couple of dollars worth of parts and an hours worth of work I feel the charge was extremely exorbitant.
