This is my second time working with Nordia and she is absolutely amazing. She's very professional and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is her work ethic. The first time she was called out, she repaired our kitchen faucet which had some very stubborn calcium buildup. Nordia patiently removed all of it and didn't leave until the job was 100% complete. While we eventually had to replace this same faucet due to another issue, I was pleasantly surprised when Nordia came out to install the new one.

I had a GREAT experience ! Our service tech was professional and actually knew what he was talking about. Pricing was transparent, with no hidden fees. He replaced 2 water heaters for us. VERY pleased.

Reschedules at last minute with no notice. Had an appointment between 2-4 on a Thursday. Canceled at 3pm the day of my appointment.
