Best Septic System Installation in Atlanta GA

A Plus offered us SUPERB service. We've had several septic companies to come out and none of them were as thorough as A Plus! A Plus came and and diagnosed the ACTUAL problem for both the septic and AC. They came out and repaired the
issue in 1 day for each job. It has been a few months since the work was done and we no longer have the problems we were having. I would definitely recommend A PLUS for the professionalism and service they provide.

Excellent customer service and very fast response. I had a leak in my water meter, we had no water in the house, so I called several plumbers, but no one was available. So i called Delta, the office manager was able to help me right away; despite, they were really busy, she was able to find a Plumber for that day. The job was done very professional.Thanks a lot.

Brian was the service guy who came to unclog the toilet in my master bedroom. He was very professional and down to earth. He explained to what he would be doing and I was able to observe from a distance. I enjoyed my experience with RotoRooter and will recommend them to my friends.

David and Brandon were right on time, fast, friendly and professional. They did an amazing job removing a tiled in tub from my master bathroom. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job you need done. I am already planning on hiring them again to install a water purifier!

Tim Chen is the bomb! The gas company came to check for a leak and couldn't relight the hot water heater. Tim came over immediately, checked everything and found that there was no issue, and was able to calm my concern. This is the third time he has rescued me, the previous time on New Year's Eve midday when my hot water heater was spewing. I'll never call another plumber; Tim and his crew have always been there for me, reasonably priced, with professional artisans who are a pleasure to have in your home!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called the company because it is a well known company and the pink trucks are easily recognized and was able to get prompt service and contact for my septic pump. The guys who came out were really nice and got to work locating my septic and starting the digging process to do the pumping. I was then made aware that branches were preventing the pumping but could removed for $4810. A new tank is just a few thousand more than this. Also I was told they remove whatever was in the way right now for that price. We decided to do some comparison pricing and was quickly surprised by the several thousands of dollars quotes we were given. When I mentioned the price for pink plumber there was a unanimous agreement that this company overcharges and under produces so much so my county has been trying to ban them. I had someone else look at the same thing this company did and was told nothing is stopping the ability to pump. So this person looked me in the eye with his company backing and me visibly very pregnant and was willing to scam me out of $4800. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. If you do make sure due diligence has been done first.*Update* Someone reached out to me from the company to discuss my dissatisfaction with my service and the pricing which I did not expect. He was very nice and assured me that he was willing to do what needed to be done to try and win my business back. It did not work. He even said he was going to give me a refund for the diagnostics which again was unexpected. However, I was honest and let him know that after talking with him about the way things should have gone and the way things did go I would not be looking to this company for any future services. While I do appreciate the follow up and the refund there is a disconnect between what is happening in house and with some of the technicians that come out. I stand by my original post of doing due diligence if you are going to work with this company but I would not recommend it.

I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.

Dekalb County's Low-Flow Certification program requires that a licensed plumber (or inspector) look at every fixture in a property and confirm that it is low-flow. I called Blue Skies because a friend had a great experience repairing a water main with them. I had an equally great experience. On time, very informative, and reasonably priced!

Your employees are fantastic! Beginning when I called the office all the way through completing my repairs (within 24 hours!).John C. was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was. He came prepared to fix the problem with all of the supplies on the truck. I am HAPPY to say, my toilet was fixed in about an hour!!! I recommend Panther Plumbing to everyone in Atlanta!!!
