Mr. White and his guys did an exceptional job on my septic system from the first call until the finishing point. He was very polite, not over priced, and his team was professional. I have to say I’m satisfied with the results! If I have any future issues with my home, APLUS will be first company I call. Thank you!

My AC unit was not producing enough cool air. He came by and resolve the issue within 30 mins. He was professional and knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend using them for all your HVAC needs.

My grandma had been having a water leak for a while that had been causing her bill to be very expensive. I called APlus Heating Cooling Septic and they came out the next day ready to get the job done. They quality of their work was excellent. And the cost was very reasonable. I can home at 1am [7/15] to no AC. Trying to find a responsive HVAC contractor was difficult and frustrating. My call to A Plus was beyond a blessing. Mr. White put me at ease, explained why most companies avoid warranty work and assured me his technician could fix my issue TODAY!! Jason was so professional. He impressed my husband with his efficency and courteous demeanor (not an easy feat). In less than 45 minutes, we had cool air flowing, and an understanding of our problem. A Plus will be my go to for ALL of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

As a single female it is good to have someone that you can call who will respond quickly and not over charge just because. I like that the owner makes suggestions and steer you in the right direction for the most cost effective repairs

By far the customer service, professionalism, and very knowledgeable. The care that the owner Mr. White, took with fixing the heating and cooling system in the time that he did, helped our family not having to take cold showers in the winter, or burn up in the summer. I have called on his company many times and he show the same service each time. Plus it doesn't hurt that his smile warms the room as well. His team is awesome, great leadership. Great experience! I had a water leak in my yard from a old pipe, Tavon and his team came out within the hour (on a Sunday morning) and repaired the leak. Very responsive and professional!

I had a leak in my main water line, spent weeks trying to get a hold of someone who could fit me in and and would complete the work. A Plus was recommended to me, I called them and within 30 minutes they were at my house getting started. The entire job was done quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend giving them a call the next time you need repairs. I’ll be using Mr. White and his team from now on!

Tavon and Crawford! Great team, came out on a saturday to clear blockage from sewer line that other companies said they had to rip out entire line to do! Showed up earlier than initially stated and jumped straight on the prob!!

Had these guys come to my house that was flooding late to they not only repaired had my carpet cleaned and was very price efficient

When I say 1 stop shop . A Plus is it . Reasonable prices and they come on time . I am a leasing agent and I use this company for commercial and residential . They also do remodeling work . Fixed up a bunch of my mobile homes in a timely fashion .

A Plus offered us SUPERB service. We've had several septic companies to come out and none of them were as thorough as A Plus! A Plus came and and diagnosed the ACTUAL problem for both the septic and AC. They came out and repaired the
issue in 1 day for each job. It has been a few months since the work was done and we no longer have the problems we were having. I would definitely recommend A PLUS for the professionalism and service they provide.

I'm extremely disappointed. I made an appointment and rearranged my schedule to be present for his arrival. He never showed. My time slot was on Friday from 12-2p. At 2p I called to inquire. He ignored my call but texted stating he was on the way. Today is Sunday and I guess he is still on the way. There hasn't been any more communication.

Was told parts were under warranty and we wouldn't have to pay for anything but labor, charged us $500 for a little over a foot of wire and said they changed the transformer which cost less than $100. I wouldn't recommend this company they are a rip off. It shouldn't be 500 for around 100 worth of parts and maybe 30 minutes of labor.

They were very professional and the price was reasonable.
