These guys are outstanding. They come when they say they will. They are neat when they leave the job. Dawn is super when you make the appointment. They are just sky high with the pricing. I had a wax ring replaced at my condo; ( I have rental homes and normally pay $175.00) their price is $425.00 I had them unclog a drain at a rental. I had just had the same drain unclogged in January for $175.00 they are $265.00 they quoted a changeout on a faucet in a downstairs both at $650.00 my Handman is changing for $25.00 plus $75.00 for the part. Again great folks but have a thick wallet when you call

I had a water main leak in my front yard and was in a panic to get something done as soon as possible. Bison plumbing was incredibly helpful and friendly and were at my house the following morning after I called them. They did a great job and their whole staff was really pleasant and hard-working. The introduction of plumber before his arrival was unique. If included a photo and a little family history, marital status, information about his kids and hobbies. I have never seen anything like it. I felt like I knew him before he arrive. The introduction was well crafted and disarming. There was no reason to be suspicious of the plumber on an emergency call. While he did not repair my tankless water heater he did suggest a no cost work around. He stopped the leak and left. All in all he was at my house for less than a half hour with no trip charge. I am certain that this rarely happens. Most service companies will charge a trip fee. I could not have made the repair as quickly. When you need a plumber don't hesitate to try this group. They will show in their promised widow. They will give you an honest assessment and I believe a fair price.

Excellent service, price, and fast response. I appreciate that Saturday is a business day for them because I'm too busy during the week and I don't want to pay the emergency rate. I called them Saturday morning and Harold came by just 3 hours later to fix my garbage disposal. He was very friendly and professional and he was able to unclog the disposal and get it working perfectly again, which saved me hundreds from having to buy a new disposal. The price was excellent at $89. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs. Thanks!

I've used Estes HVAC for 10+ years and have always been very satisfied. Recently, I had a 15 year old a/c unit fail. Service records showed a second a/c unit for the master bedroom likely would not make it once we hit high outdoor temps. The Estes evaluation just didn't look at unit replacements, but considered sources of heat and humidity in my home and provide an overall comfort assessment. Additionally, we received wise counseling on SEER ratings and how to select replacement units. We replaced both units with 14 SEER (an improvement over replacing 10 SEER but not the top of the line) and saved some money because we had formally upgraded our insulation (with Estes) and were already very energy efficient. We were advised to replace and upgrade a master bath shower fan to control humidity. All advice was spot on. All service was excellent. Jared Moore and Dylan Tanner did an excellent job with the fan install. Byron, Marcus and Jared did a great job with the A/C and media filter replacements. They arrived when they said, and called 30 minutes prior. They finished when they said. And, I don't think I've encountered a more courteous team. Top marks for Estes! My thanks to all.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

It cost $423 to clean the septic tank. Tim was professional and got the job done. I’d recommend this company, they came out the next day. Another company I called couldn’t come over for a couple days and it would’ve costed $450. So I’m happy with the service and the cost.

Highly recommend- They repaired 3 toilets that were constantly running water and installed a faucet for me. This company charges by the hour and they did not run the clock at all. They were in and out within 45 minutes.
