I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.

Amazing plumbing service that solved all of the lingering problems that have been in my unit since I moved in. They cleaned my water heater, fixed the toilet that was making a hissing sound, and fixed a rattling sound in my walls. They did all of this within 3 hours and were very professional.

Great service - we been out of hot water for awhile was hard to find a good service but we think we found a great one, nice - timely - cleaned up what was left explained a lot about the issues with the older water heater, would recommend them to anyone.

I trust his years and years of experience vs some of the other companies that send out reps first to talk high-level about your issue and not offer solutions. Tim came out the day after I called. Didn’t charge me to look at the problem and fixed my septic issue for under $500. Another company wanted to charge me to come out and said it would be around 1800 to fix. I highly recommend Tim, good guy!

This contractor was hired and sent out as apart of a warranty claim. The tech was very rude and unprofessional as well as delayed in arriving. I'm out of a service fee as a result of their poor evaluation and reporting and they refuse to reevaluate. And then want to estimate $180 for a $25 fridge line!! Rip off!!!

Rohan just left my house. We lost heat on Christmas. Called him, at the recommendation of a neighbor, the next day, and he was here within a few hours. He spent an hour or so in our crawl space, explained everything to me (and even looked at some other electrical things in the panel), and got us back up and running. I will definitely be keeping his card handy.

I had an EV charger installed. The Experience from setting the initial appointment for an estimate to install was Excellent. Please do not do business with this company! The level of unprofessional is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They will take your money as someone as stated and you will not get a response.
