My experience with Delta Plumbing started off disappointing.I had employees that were not experience. A 2 day job ended up being almost 2 weeks. The leak detector showed a leak under slab and when the Jim and Dylan jack hammered the concrete they could not find the leak. So they told me that their supervisor would call me that afternoon. But I did not receive a call. I had to call the next day to find out what was going on. They left the jack hammer, a hole in my floor and plus a crack pipe. The next day Jacob came by and did nothing but check other bathrooms in my house. The next day I didn't get a phone call so I called the office again so they apologized to me. The next day Steven came, very knowledgeable and found the leak. He told me he would be back in the morning but was a no show so I called the office again. I asked to speak to the manager; per Jason he didn't know he was a no show. He promise he would have someone out the next day. The next day Nathan Just came out The A Team. He was very professional and knew his job. He explained what he was doing and assured me that my problem would be fixed. He kept me informed, called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He stayed until the job was done. Nathan apparently know what customer service stands for, somehow Delta have lost how to treat paying customers. If Delta Plumbing gives out awards, Nathan Just truly deserve recognition for his hard work. Thank you Mr. Nathan Just for being a true PROFESSIONAL!

Response time was quick...water heater expansion tank replacement done safely...technician was very professional and friendly...service charge and parts cost was very steep even with a great discount in my opinion though...probably could’ve saved more with other providers I think...

These guys are very responsive and did a fantastic job with the repair of my sewer line. They wirj fast...but with quality work, thoroughness and professionalism.

Will not be using Royal Flush again. I hire plumbers often for residential jobs all over the city, and have a pretty good idea of the ballpark range of most repairs. Royal Flush's fees were significantly higher than what I've experienced in the past. On top of that, no portion of the exorbitant service call/diagnostic fee was applied towards the work done, even though they said they'd apply half of it. The quoted cost changed multiple times as well, and when part of the repair could not be completed, somehow the final cost went up. Lesson learned, I'll be sticking with the other, better services out there.

On the 'pro' side, the plumber was on time... So there's that.

They were very profesional very clean and courteous . All worked performed done in a timely fashion, It's nice to see old fashion customer service. Will use them again and recommend them in a hot second.

I highly recommend their services. Andrew came out to repair a pipe that had split near my water heater. He quickly found the issue, provided an estimate, and completed the repair. He also stayed around to make sure everything worked properly. If I need additional plumbing work, I'll be sure to use them again!

Second time using Fix & Flow and both work orders have been great experiences! Anthony is a fantastic serviceman (Journeyman Plumber). Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I would recommend Fix & Flow and plan on using them in the future for any of our homes plumbing needs.

My water heater started leaking at the bottom so i called atlanta plumber service. They had a technician out within 2 hours and installed and new one. Great service

David came out and did our plumbing. The work looked good to me, and my handyman reviewed it and praised it. There were some complications, and he had to stay longer than expected, but he did not raise the price. The price was not cheap, but he went the extra mile which I felt Justified it.

Ron's presence and communication helped make an increasingly unpleasant experience for us as pleasant as possible. His methods and skills and judgement helped to minimize any required invasive explorations and recommendations eventually resulted in less follow-up potential repairs. I would recommend him and be glad to use him again.

Great value! Office was helpful; the plumbers were professional and courteous.

This contractor was hired and sent out as apart of a warranty claim. The tech was very rude and unprofessional as well as delayed in arriving. I'm out of a service fee as a result of their poor evaluation and reporting and they refuse to reevaluate. And then want to estimate $180 for a $25 fridge line!! Rip off!!!
