I had great service as usual from my Roto Rooter technician, Pacino. He was very professional and fixed the problem, clogged toilets, quickly. He also recommended additional work that should be done. I called this plumber bc of the good reviews. I had a leaking pipe in my basement and needed it repaired asap. They schedule me immediately. Reggie the owner said his guy would be there between 2-3pm which turn into 4:30pm left the property after I had waited an hour and a half past the appointment time which no one else I know would've done. I have patience! Finally I got a call letting me know the tech is 15 mins out. I was 10 mins late to get back to my property cause of 5 o'clock traffic on hwy 78 and he was already gone and Reggie the plumber wouldn't answer my call. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for plumbing needs! This guy is nothing but a headache.

I called Atlantis for a faucet replacement. Come to find out there was a reason the faucet broke in the first place. Our regular valve for the water pressure was completely rusted out and old. Tim Robinson did a great job with finding the underlying issue so we didn’t have the same issue come up again, saving us time and money.

Once again Estes did a great job for us. Sam came promptly last week after our fall service to explain the reasons we needed to replace 3 furnaces. He actually remembered being in our home some 15 months before when he counseled us about replacing old air conditioning units. Once again he clearly explained our options. The installers arrived on time today and did a very fine job with the installation of 3 units. We could not be more satisfied. We count on Estes.Today 1/7/16 Patrick, Jered, Dylan, Shon, Cody, and Howard came and did a truly outstanding job upgrading our attic insulation and redoing the returns on two of our furnaces to improve the efficiency of the furnaces. We have needed to do the attic insulation for years. We have confidence in Estes due to years of past experience. These men did an outstanding job, explained the work in detail, and followed the plan laid out by David to the letter. We are so impressed with the quality of the work we uniformly get from Estes and have high confidence in the people Estes sends to do the work. Pride in their work seems to be the theme for these men. We can't say enough about how much we trust Estes, not only because the company has the right culture, but primarily because the people who work for Estes are uniformly excellent. An added benefit of course is the rebate we will get from Ga Power because these men have documented their work so well.

This is a great company. He showed up after 10pm with an emergency plumbing problem we were experiencing. He came back as promised until night and day until fixed. Highly recommend this company .

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Review edit: I just compared the price of the premium septic filter Pink Plumber sold me for $550 and found I could get it for around $70. There's making a profit, and then there's taking advantage of the customer. Pink Plumber, do the right thing or I will use your competitor next time. 700% markup? Are you serious? That's very greedy.
