My Technician, Trace, was very professional and gave me a step-by-step analysis of the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. Very honest company.

Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. We called on a Sunday and the plumber came out within an hour. He was friendly, assessed the issue quickly, and corrected it without charging us an arm and a leg! We are very appreciative and will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again!

I had some sediment water coming out of my hot water heater, the plumber arrived, took one look at it and said it needed replacing. Which took all of 2 minutes. They charged me 60$ for that. Didn’t offer any advice on how to fix it or trial and error with sediment.
In addition, they quoted me 850$ to put in a water filter under the sink which is beyond ridiculous.
This company is unreasonable and greedy.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I called this organization after hours, with an emergency. Within thirty mins a technician by the name of Q Johnson had called me to provide his ETA. Upon his arrival Q was informative on the issue as well as on my options. All prices were reasonable and Q walked me through each option in detail. Mr. Johnson also did not want me to be uncomfortable in my home overnight, instead, he stayed until 10pm working on our home. Mr.Johnson was honest, hardworking, and over communicated his timeline as well as just educated me on how to identify an issue before it gets bad - showed me how to read the water meter and even pointed out some things to keep on eye on.

If you are looking for a plumber that you can trust, who is not trying to just make a dollar, and that truly cares about providing great customer service and a long term relationship - this is it! I have never experienced a more honest interaction with a plumbing company.

I've used this service company twice, once for a water line break were the complete line was replaced. Gaz was professional on time and reasonably priced. The second time which was very recent my hot water heater was leaking and after a thorough inspection it needed replacing. I'm hoping not to need anymore major Repairs in the near future but I'll surely use Blue Skies again aswell as refer to friends and family.
