I called 3 different places who said they were open on Sundays before actually reaching a live person at A-Plus. The person answering the phone said he could have someone out to see why my hot water tank pilot wouldn't light. I gave them my address at 1:20 and by 3 the job was completed. They were a life saver because the thought of starting a Monday off with a cold shower was terrible. Definitely recommend them!

I called them about 11:00 am on. Saturday, Chris was at my house before noon. He fixes 2 issues quickly and at a reasonable price - he didn't have to run to the store, he didn't have to take any calls while he worked. He knew exactly what to do and and he did it. Very pleased.

Had a toilet issue back on June 3 2023.. Toilet wouldn’t flush and when I would try and flush the toilet my shower would back up with standing urine.. I was assured that the problem was fixed after paying 800 on the spot.. Now today here it is June 26 2023 And Wake up 2 Give My 2 Month Old Baby A Bath In The Tub And I Hear The Toilet Started 2 Bubble.. And Then My Shower Drain Starts 2 Back Up & Flow On To The Floor(Urine)Now We Have Water Dripping Downstairs In The Kitchen From The Light Fixtures Water Dripping From The Vent In Downstairs Bathroom.. They will be fixing this today I’m extremely angry

He was at my door 10 minutes early and within 1 hour of my call.The job turned out to be tougher than originally thought, and he had to make 2 trips into town to get unusual parts (due to my failure to diagnosis the issue properly). He ended up having to stay for at least 3 more hours than planned... but the quote given me by the phone personnel was honored completely.Ben did not mind me watching to learn and was cordial and highly professional!Atlantis Plumbing will be my plumbing company from now on, and Ben Broome will be the plumber I ask for.Atlantis Plumbing... I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
