Jacob came and replaced our 40-gallon Hot Water Heater this past week. Delta has previously performed work at our residence, and there's a reason I called them for this project. They're courteous, timely and professional every step of the way. Jacob arrived to assess our older HWH and decided that replacement was the optimal route to go. From the time we made the decision to him completing the work, was just 2-3 hours. Impressive knowledge and a skilled worker. Would recommend Delta(and Jacob) to anyone needing plumbing work.

My recent experience with Roto- Rooter far exceeded my expectations. My old water tank finally gave out after 22 years but not without leaving a huge mess in my garage. I called Roto-Rooter and within 2 hours Ryan agent #5986 was at my door. Being partially disabled it was hard for me to move items out of the way so he could get to work. Ryan jumped in and got everything moved within a short period of time. He was not only courteous and knowledgeable but had a great sense of humor. Had to buy a part, but technician set up an appointment for a return visit to complete the work before left, so we knew exactly when the work would be complete. Give these folks a call if you'd like them to waste your time and take your money. Their pricing is outrageous at best. They came by to quote some pretty basic work and once they started talking numbers I couldn't get rid of them out fast enough. I followed up with an administrative request for a signature on the DeKalb Certificate of Compliance - trying to get literally anything for the $40 they charged us - and they instead offered to take more of our money and waste more of our time.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

First Rate Service. We had a faucet supply hose leak. We called and they answered immediately. Fix & Flow sent Anthony right out and he diagnosed our problem immediately. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. He explained our problem and gave us our repair options I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of the repair at reasonable cost. Jeff was quick and super helpful. When he gave me his quote, he really helped explained all of the issues to me and what he planned to do to make the fix. He quickly earned my trust. To do the job, he came back out with his colleague Rhett and they did a great job fixing all of our water/ gas line issues. I'd highly recommend.

My water heater started leaking at the bottom so i called atlanta plumber service. They had a technician out within 2 hours and installed and new one. Great service

Called to setup an appointment, but instead he gave me troubleshooting advice over the phone. Problem fixed in under 1 minute. Amazing!
