This company is a money hungry, non effective horrible experience for customers. Please save yourself the time, money and move along. As soon as you call the woman fast talks and starts saying how she needs to come with a camera for $700 to give a simple diagnostic of a simple toilet backed up. Then she starts talking $600 to flush the line.

Lady are you'll going to even come out and diagnose the problem?? What if its something super simple. Horrible, fast talking scam.

Professional team, arrived started the work right away. He did what 2 other plumbers only look at & never came back. He explain what needed to be done & finish on time. Very reasonable prices, he is my plumber for future projects.

Decided to price and consider a whole house filtration system. Stephen at F&F made the investigation very easy. He did the research based on my water usage and guided me through picking a appropriate model. Installation was involved but done beautifully. The whole house filtration system is the single best investment I have made to my plumbing system. No chlorine taste or smell, in the shower and I get to throw away all the brita filters

Very impressed!Matthew McCoy was on time and quickly worked out what was needed, including 3 price plans.Our new house had terrible water pressure and our outside water connections were too few and poorly working.Once we agreed to a price/option; he was able to get the necessary parts and start the corrections.A new pressure valve regulator, 2 new external hose bibs, a new water filtration system.So nice to have a professional, and nice, person show up on time, and deliver a solution for a great price.I highly recommend Matthew and Panther Plumbing and will call them for all my future plumbing work.

This business is very over priced! 1 foot of plastic pipe cost me over $900. Square piece of dry wall was cut out to access pipe. But other than that this company is a HUGE rip off. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Call in to the front desk and the lady was careless and clueless. No return call or explanation to why less than a foot of pipe is $900. DO NOT GET TAKING ADVANTAGE OF Highly Recommend getting a second opinion next time.

I would highly recommend this HVAC company. They were courteous, professional, and responsive which I found very refreshing and helpful in 2023. They explained everything well and the prices were very competitive.

Hopefully your experience is better than mine, but they charged by the hour, totaling over $1200+ for a clogged kitchen drain, and still didn't fix the problem. In the end, they told me to hire another company to fix my seemingly common plumbing problem. I did just that, and they came out and was able to fix the problem the same day, in shorter time. The other crew was super professional, didn't charge by the hour, and actually fixed the plumbing issue swiftly. I would never use this business again. It was a costly mistake.

They were running behind and never told me.
