Amazing! I can’t believe how great they were even though literally all of Atlanta’s pipes burst this weekend. They were able to come earlier than estimated, Austin was so nice, and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. Lifesavers!

Matt came out to remove my old leaky water heater. He was professional and neat. Avoided my rugs and even cleaned up the water spills when he was done. He also referred me to someone to repair the water damage.

From initial call to competing of service, everyone was extremely professional. The technician came in and identified the problem quickly. He went through every detail, showing me exactly what the problem was, provided a quote and scheduled time to come back and complete the job. I was notified before both visits when the technician was on the way to my house and he arrived near the beginning of the service window. Very clean, very professional, very thorough...could not be happier!

Tim charged us $650 to clean out pipes in our home to address a leak in our crawl space from the outflow to our septic. My wife told him we had a septic system several times and asked if blowing the pipes into the septic would be a problem. He said no, but magically we now have a septic problem, Tim came back and said they were unrelated but wanted $1200 to empty our septic tank. He told me we needed to hook up to the sewer and he could do that for $20000 but would first require $300 for a firm quote. he also charged me $350 to dig a hole. When I suggested that the first problem might be related to the second problem, he said he didn't know we had a septic system. Very unprofessional, and I feel I have been ripped off. When I told him that I would like my last $350 back, he said I had agreed to pay him $1200 to pump my septic tank (untrue) and that I actually owed him money. Call anyone else.

The install was a complete furnace and AC unit. From the estimate to the install everything was done as promised and timely. There was initially some confusion regarding my thermostat but that was resolved and taken care of. Update 11/18/22 Chris is great! He's been here before and is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose an issue we've had and is working to resolve it 11/28 Chris is still great they are still finding issues and resolving them as quickly as possible. 5/9/23 Bill and his son came to move a gas line for a new stove. This was done quickly, properly and they were both professional. Nice job

Wonderful experience yet again with Superior! This time Jason Hendricks came out and he was super knowledgeable, professional, and he did a through and clean job of my water heater replacement. I was that lucky person at 530am going downstairs to get laundry and SQUISH (insert choice words here)! I immediately called Superior and they were able to have someone to my house in 5 hours. Can’t say enough great things about this company. Yes, you may pay a little more, but the peace of mind, knowledge and professionalism is top notch. Thanks, Jason!
