Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. We were not charged a penny for his visit. Scott at Plumbpros saved us hundreds of dollars and fixed the awful smell in our bathroom. I highly recommend calling Plumbpros for your plumbing needs.

Everything about this service company was impeccable. Office personnel were so nice and very efficient. My serviceman, Cy, was knowledgeable and made me very comfortable in my decision to use Atlantis Plumbing. Estimate visit on Monday, installation Tuesday. I am so happy and relieved. I've used Estes in the past. But, 4 years ago I had another company install a new AC unit, and I immediately regretted it. It never worked properly.I had Estes' service contract and called for appointment and expected to wait weeks. I got an appointment 2 days later. The tech was on time, very thorough with his inspection and work needed (sorry, I didn't get his name). His assessment was checked by a comfort analyst Justin Hancock.The repair techs, Jered and Trevor, were hard working pros. They replaced major parts of my system in a very small crawl space.I've always been pleased with Estes in the past and pleased today.

This is a great company. He showed up after 10pm with an emergency plumbing problem we were experiencing. He came back as promised until night and day until fixed. Highly recommend this company .

Gabriel came by to repair a damaged pipe in my garage. He was super helpful in explaining what the issue was. He didn't have the necessary part so he left to go get it and came back all in the same day! GREAT service.

Michael did a wonder job installing a new hot water heater. The hose broke on it and was flooding my garage and laundry room I called Michael and he was here in less than 1hour he went and got what was needed and came back to finish the job.He also helped and showed my husband where to turn the water off at. In less than 2 hours he had our water back on and the new heater put in. I would recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

We finally finished dealing with this nightmare company for a project that we restarted at the end of February (please note that’s 3 months for a simple plumbing project.) I say restarted, because in January, we first had to pay them to fix the complete wrong thing, even though I repeatedly told them it wouldn’t help. They just kept reassuring me that they know plumbing and it will solve the problem. Well, shockingly, they had to come back to do an additional 6.5k worth of work. During this time, they repeatedly delayed the work, just plain didn’t show up when they said they would, and lied to us about it (we have a camera! We know when they were there!). They didn’t put down any drop cloths while installing new drywall and covered our upholstered furniture in debris. When I complained to Dennis, the owner, he told me “I can’t apologize more.” He had not apologized a single time at this point. His crew left our door open unnecessarily for entire days letting bugs into the house. Without asking they used our yard waste bins and other things of ours they found around to collect debris including actual human waste! At one point after we said that we were unable to accommodate them on a certain day (after the repeatedly delayed times on us) they called to literally beg to come that day because they’d already be in the area. Every part of this company was unprofessional and awful, I hope we can save you the experience of having to deal with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
